The outdoor pool boasts a playful mushroom water feature, perfect for the enjoyment of children or even yourself, and is heated typically in April and May, depending on the outside temperature. The indoor pool maintains an inviting temperature and is heated year-round. Our resort presents an abundance of space, featuring several gathering and picnic areas, along with outdoor grills. A highlight is our newest amenity – a quarter-mile walking trail on our expansive five-acre green space. The grounds further showcase a variety of outdoor activities, such as tetherball, a volleyball court, horseshoes, two playgrounds, a basketball court, and shuffleboard. The sprawling area ensures an enjoyable experience for both you and your children! All buildings at our resort feature elevators for accessibility. Units are wheelchair accessible. Each unit offers free parking for your car.

The fully stocked kitchen encompasses a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and stove/oven. We supply dishes, glassware, pot and pan sets, a toaster, a blender, and a coffee maker. For specialized items such as a wok, rice steamer, or crockpot, we recommend bringing your own, as these are not provided. Enjoy complimentary amenities, including free Wi-Fi, cable TV in the rooms, and local phone service. Sheets and towel sets are provided for your stay, though they cannot be changed out. A full washer and dryer are also available in this unit. While we provide a single-use box of detergent, you may wish to bring extra if you plan to do laundry. An iron and ironing board are included. This resort is pet-free, smoke-free, and strictly prohibits trailers.

GUESTS MAKING RESERVATIONS MUST BE 23 OR OLDER

We’re all about making sure you have an amazing stay! A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your card to cover any potential damage. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll just need you to fill out and sign the rental agreement before we share the check-in details. But don’t worry, these don’t apply to Airbnb bookings. Family groups only. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund. We reserve the right to refund deposits, refuse rental, or discontinue occupancy if, in our opinion, the tenant is detrimental to the property.
Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies and directly adjacent to buildings.
No fireworks of any kind are allowed.

CANCELLATION/DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY:
If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days in advance of your arrival date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit the entire (100%) rental fee. All cancellations must be made by phone (call us at 855-44-SWEET). You cannot cancel a reservation online. The company reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason. In this instance all monies paid to the owner will be refunded. The company will not be liable for any other costs incurred by the client. The company is not liable for loss or delay incurred by fire, flood, terrorist activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, any technical &/or weather problems with transport, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond their control.

CLIENTS PROPERTY: The clients using the swimming pool or other facilities of the property do so at their own risk. Injury, damage or loss to the client’s property is his or her own responsibility.

• Tenant hereby assumes all risk of damage to any and all personal property of Landlord and Tenant, including household furniture and goods during such use and occupancy.
• Tenant hereby assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.

USE:
• It is agreed that the Premises shall be used only for residential purposes, no animals and for no other purpose whatsoever.
• Tenant in the possession, use and occupancy of the Premises agrees to observe and comply with all restrictions, laws and ordinances affecting the Premises or occupancy thereof.
• Tenant further agrees that no use shall be made of the Premises, or acts done which will increase the existing rate of insurance upon the Premises, or will cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering the Premises.
• Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization, if smoking in the property is detected.

    Terrible condition. There were bugs in the condo everywhere. TV wasn’t working. Couldn’t get hold of anyone for any help. Elevator wasn’t working. We had to carry luggage from 4th floor. Shower drains were very slow. Shower head in the bathroom were horrible.

    The condo complex is right on the strip of Pigeon Forge but tucked away enough to enjoy the views of the Mountains and get away from traffic. The indoor pool is nice for cooler days. My boys enjoyed the basketball court but the rim of the hoop was bent.The into

    Location is great. This unit has a few issues. Had to contact hostess to send over cleaning crew. A/C struggled and would not cool lower than 74 degrees. Shower door did not close properly. Sofa bed was not usable. Condo is spacious though.

    This place was nice for our family of 5. We enjoyed the heated pool. They had a fully stocked kitchen so I was able to make a Thanksgiving meal rather than going out. The only downfall, if necessary, is it was almost impossible to turn right onto the strip. We always went around the block and did a uturn.

    Seriously beautiful condo and property. The view from the balcony is the best! Perfect morning coffee spot as the sun rises on the opposite side of condo and beautiful sunsets over the mountains! The air conditioner worked great! It took a few hours to cool down at first, but once it did, it stayed cool. It could use ceiling fans. If you're like me and like to sleep with a fan, bring one with you! The check in and check out processes were super easy. Unpacking and packing up were easy as there were plenty bellhop carts on the first floor by the elevator, which is big enough for us five and the cart with room to spare. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because there was some hair in the tub. Not a lot, but it was enough that we clearly saw it as soon as we walked in the bathroom. Everything else was clean, though there was a slight musty smell, possibly from the air conditioner being set so high when there are no guests. The biggest problem was that the washing machine drum is broken, and the load has to be balanced perfectly for it to spin. The sign on the washer said not to put any more than 5 towels in at a time. I could only get a max of 3, having to stop it several times each wash to reposition the towels. With a family of 5, it took up a lot of time that we could have been doing something else. Hopefully, that minor problem will be fixed soon because it is a great place. Without this being a factor, I would have given 5 stars for Overall Stay.

    Beautiful condo. The decor was lovely. Beds was very comfortable. The only thing that wasnt so great was the wi-fi...but didnt bother us too much as if gave more time to spend with each other.

    Overall the property was as stated. Had a problem with TV and a trip hazard with a rug. Although the problems were addressed both problems should have been addressed prior to our check in. I feel that all property managers should check on properties after each guest leaves as housekeeping probably won’t report problems.

    Location is great. Right off the strip. Had a few issues when we first checked in, but property manager responded quickly and took care of it. Indoor pool was one of the main reasons I picked this property and it worked out great. The free daily ticket program is super easy to use and I was very happy with it. Adds to the already great value of the place. Would definitely stay here again.
