Stayed Dec 30, 2025Everything was excellent except the parking lot is small! There was a night or two that we had a hard time finding parking! That was the only negative thing about our stay!

Stayed Nov 24, 2025Loved that we were walking distance to everything Gatlinburg! Condo had most everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The only thing I suggest is streamlining the tv situation. Too many remotes and boxes. Keep it simple with Smart TVs and done. We couldn't get the tvs on the wifi network, so no tv for us. Not a deal breaker, but frustrating when you have children and just want to relax after a long day out and about. We saw a mama bear and her 4 cubs, very cool! Thanks for a nice spot to lay our heads.

Plenty of room for all 4 of us without being on top of each other constantly. Management is easy to contact and great at answering any questions. Very comfortable place to stay. Would stay here again!

Stayed Dec 19, 2024We were needing a budget friendly place to stay for 4 days. Location is perfect to be able to walk to the main strip of Gatlinburg and is a short drive from Pigeon forge.
