But there is so much more than just rooms and beds to enjoy here. As previously mentioned, there is a large hot tub right outside the patio door. But that isn't the only hot tub, or the only amenity, around the community. You can find three more hot tubs scattered between the buildings or at the community clubhouse, which also has an outdoor pool. The hot tubs are open year-round, and the pool is available seasonally from Memorial Day until Labor Day. You can also cook outdoors on the large gas grill, roast marshmallows at the fire pit, dine al fresco at the picnic area, and more.

When it comes to parking, you're more than covered. Your stay includes parking passes that will grant you access to both the underground garage and the community parking lots.

    The lights were too bright in the house (need to swap these out). The water filter on the fridge stopped working after day 1. Great location for the mountain though. Would have been nice if laundry detergent and dryer sheets were included.

    The property is a single level with an elevator from the parking garage. Parking situation is tight with one assigned space in the garage. There’s also one permit for parking one more car outside but space is extremely limited. All three beds were comfortable with nice furnishings. The living room furniture has been changed out so doesn’t match pictures but was comfortable. Now for the not so good: there’s a condo above this unit so you hear showers, toilet flushes and people walking around. The fridge worked but sounds like a freight train when the compressor kicks on (time repairs). The microwave is also on its last leg since it takes forever to heat things up. We also found broken glass on the floor near the sofas. This was a big concern since we had a youngster crawling around! Overall, the place is nice but I would suggest bringing a noise machine to drown out the surroundings.
