Great corner balcony ocean views, looking both ways up and down the beach, including Grand Strand, from master bedroom, living room and kitchen. I love the location of the building, close enough to local stores and amenities, but on a quiet block. Great beach access and easy parking. I'd highly recommend this place for others looking for a good place to stay on the beach.

This property is exactly as described. It’s a great unit in a great building with a great host. The location is perfect! It’s our 2nd year here and we plan to make it an annual event.

Scott is awesome to rent from. Extremely prompt with replies. Property had more than enough kitchen supplies. We did not use any, but it is there if you want to cook.Rooms are of good size. Balcony is equipped with rockers, table and chairs.We will certainly be returning.Awesome condo with awesome owner!

We have stayed in the Shalimar the last few years and love it. Fantastic corner room for looking at the ocean and beach and dog friendly makes the unit perfect. We like the location being a bit less busy but still close to everything. Scott is a pleasure to work with and I wish we could stay longer. Looking forward to next year.

The location is great and the view is gorgeous. Condo is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Nice big balcony to relax on and enjoy the views of the ocean and beach.

We love this location so much that this is the third year we’ve stayed here. Having endured the trauma of Tropical Storm Helene, we found the respite of Unit 5A a perfect healing place which met that need. The placement of power strips around the unit was a great and appreciated improvement!

We had a wonderful time! The Cherry Grove Beach area is one of our favorites! This was our first time bringing our fur babies with us. Everything went smoothly! We will definitely be returning! Thank you, Scott!

Perfect location, just steps from the beach. Unit was clean and well-furnished.

We thoroughly enjoyed the location and accommodations. The only major problem we encountered was that the elevator was broken down daily, we were on the fifth floor, and two of us are over 65 and have knee and hip complications. The day of checkout required three trips up and down the stairs to get packed up for departure. The maintenance man, Tony, was wonderful! The place was clean and everything we expected. The listing did say there was a hot tub as an amenity, but there is not one on the property. Overall, the trip was fantastic!!!

We look so forward to spending time at Scott's condo! You truly can't ask for a nicer place. There is every you need, although we really eat out most of the time. Nice area in NMB, that you get away from the huge crowds, yet close to everything!

This condo is very comfortable. It provided plenty of space for our group of 5. The kitchen is supplied well for preparing meals. The large oceanfront patio has nice seating for everyone. The property owner responds quickly to any questions. We all enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo.

Our family had a blast staying here. Beach access was great!. Scott had great communication and we look forward to coming back next year.

Great location being right on the beach. The view of the ocean and fireworks was just spectacular. This is our second time staying here and will do it again. Steve is a great host and even fixed a minor repair himself while we were there.

The condo was clean and comfortable, exactly as listed and was in a great location. Check in and out was simple. Scott was a wonderful host - communication with him was easy and he replied quickly every time throughout the rental process. We were very happy with our vacation there and will not hesitate to stay there again.

We loved our stay at this unit. There was so much space in all the rooms, kitchen and the balcony. Terrific views from the massive balcony, and we love the Cherry Grove area. We highly recommend this condo and plan on returning next year.

We love staying in the condo. It is beginning to show some age, but that just adds personally.
