This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit is tucked away like a diamond in the ruff on the 9th floor @ Pinnacle Port Condominiums located on the west end of beautiful Panama City Beach Florida. The perfect gulf front retreat in the heart of the Florida Panhandle. Located within a private, gated community on the western edge of PCB. This beautifully decorated condo offers stunning gulf front views, resort style amenities, and direct beach access. Everything you need to make it one unforgettable & one memorable vacation.

Pinnacle Port is in a very unique Beach location. The resort is tucked away on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, far away from the hustle and bustle. The resort is far back from any noisy street and sits directly on the ocean's beach! It has a quarter mile of soft white sand to enjoy the moment you step out of the building- NO BOARDWALKS. The property is adjacent to Camp Helen State Park and a Bird Sanctuary which provides an additional half mile of completely undeveloped pristine beachfront to explore. On the back side of the condo, we border Lake Powell and have a fishing pier, boat dock and a boat launch which are all free to use! We border Carillon Beach Community which is a great place to take an evening stroll, visit the gift shops, dine out, or ride bikes.

Resort amenities include two pools, four tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball court, grilling and picnic areas with charcoal grills, and a very nice playground for the children. There are separate men and women saunas, an exercise room, and free Wi-Fi. On-site rentals of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and kayaks are available. Our property is a gated community, and patrolled 24/7 by the security staff. Convenient Location: We are only a few minutes from 30A and the quaint beach communities of Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary Beach, and Grayton Beach. We share location with Carillon community. Pier Park is 10 minutes away with all its restaurants, shops, Movie Theater, etc. We are 20 minutes to the airport. There are two large grocery stores located across from the security gate entrance. The outlet malls of Destin are about 30 minutes away.

Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this condo. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for their stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.

This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.

This unit has a two-car limit. No more than two vehicles will be allowed on property. No exceptions. Parking is $30.00 per vehicle plus the credit card processing & technology fees. Guests will be responsible for registering their two vehicles prior to their arrival date.

This property & unit are not pet friendly. Please note if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, you will be evicted without refund. If evidence of a pet is found at checkout, you will be fined a charge of $500. All ESA animals & Service Dogs must be disclosed at the time of booking.

No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This includes visitors as well. This condo sleeps 6 people max. No exceptions.

Maintenance & cleanliness issues should be reported to us within 2 hours of checking into the unit. We want to ensure that maintenance issues & cleanliness issues are addressed as soon as the guest checks in so Anchors Away can make it right. Failing to do so guests will be responsible for damages reported after the checkout inspection & after the 2-hour window of checking in the guest takes the unit as is. Please make sure to inform us of any issues regarding maintenance & cleanliness when you arrive.

Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night.
One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay. Guests are responsible for purchasing these items for the rest of their stay.

Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready. Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit. Please be respectful to the guest checking in behind you & please make sure you & your party are checked out on time. As our cleaners are on very tight schedules.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.

This is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $300 fine & possible eviction without refund. You are allowed to smoke outside as long as cigarettes are disposed of properly. Failing to do so will result in a $300 fine.

Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.

We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around & not put back additional charges will apply.

The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.

There is a damage waiver included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. The rate in the booking breakdown is for stays less than 28 days.
If a guest books a 28-90 night stay the rate does increase for those reservations. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price.
Rates 28-59 nights will be $280.00 for the coverage & 60-90 nights will be $450.00 for the coverage. If you have any questions regarding this charge please inquire first before booking.

    The location was great!! Great views of the gulf & lake!! The beach was fine, light colored sand, very few people. That was all great! The owner needs to leave instructions in the condo on how long it takes for the hot water to reach the 9th floor. We don’t know how the plumbing is set up. After trying to wash breakfast dishes & leaving the hot water on for several minutes, still no hot water. Husband took a shower & no hot water, come to find out it was installed backwards & the hot water is on the cold water side. The address given is wrong also. We had looked at the property & knew what the exterior looked like & found it on our own. It’s little things like this that are easily fixed and will help you get a 5 star review.Property management was excellent when we contacted them for help. Living room furniture was saggy. I get these homes don’t want their furniture ruined by people that don’t care, but for those of us that do take are of the property, comfort is a must. Also, the 2nd shower did have hot water but didn’t drain. They said it was fixed but it still didn’t drain. The master toilet overflowed because the handle wasn’t working correctly. Yes, we did have issues but the place was nice, right on the water, the pool was excellent too. All these little issues did not detour us from having a wonderful time!! Enjoy your stay, we did!!

    Perfect location and perfect condo. Beautiful views from all windows. Go to the pool or ocean. Your choice. Chair & umbrella beach rental available. You have your own covered parking spot. Hit the pool grill for dinner & drinks. Condo beautifully decorated & clean. Beds comfy. We will be back!!

    Prefect location for beach, fishing, and cutest little neighborhood! Close to PCB. Will definitely stay in this area again next year!     The check in code never worked but we had to pay $35 for it. I do not understand what we were charged for. Seems like just an extra way to make some money. It probably took us 30min plus to get in after doing everything on line. refunded our $35, at least

    The positives. The location is perfect with a private beach. The condo itself suited our needs but glad I didn’t bring the whole family. The not so positives. The building is old and of the 3 elevators only one worked. This made for long lines and waiting to get to the 9th floor. Condo on the smaller side which is fine except it is over furnished. Over all satisfies but would stay elsewhere.
