Stayed Sep 2, 2022Got in around 8:30pm found the property had not been cleaned from previous tenant Was around 11 pm before it was cleaned and we could get in. Only one elevator worked in the whole complex the day we left.

Stayed Jul 19, 2022If I'm going to take the time to write a review, it might as well be helpful to people. Like the title says, I'd stay here again. But it's worth noting that the place is dated. The buldings are kept up with pretty well, but it's older. For example, the primary bedroom door is uneven with the door frame. No real silverware drawer. Just a handufl of little things like that. Nothing major. We did contact the provided email address on our first day and never heard back. Wasn't a big deal, but wanted to let them know that it was not very clean when we arrived. The counters and stove were sticky. The floors were dirty. There were hairs in one of the bathrrom drawers. We swept and bought some wipes to improve the cleanliness. Also, the instructions say to use the keys that are hanging on the key ring, but there were none. We had to use the lockbox key every time we entered and exited. Also, my young adult sons said the 2nd bedroom beds were not comfortable. I had no issues sleeping well. Everything in the condo worked well, incluidng the refrigerator/freezer and the AC (important!). The location is nice (although not scenic; balcony overlooks parking lot). I'd stay here again. It's a solid 4 out of 5 as far as I'm concerned.

Stayed Jul 17, 2022The condo itself was fine and the boardwalk to the beach with the shuttle was nice but the condo wasn't real clean. You could feel sand on the floors the second you walked in, popcorn under the coffee table, and broken sunglasses in the couch cushions.

Stayed Jun 24, 2022This was more like 4 huge apartment blocks than a cosy condo experience, but I loved it! You can walk to the beach but it takes about 15 minutes. There is a golf cart shuttle that runs up snd down the boardwalk starting at 10:30am. You can also rent bikes in the property. There are tins of amenities like a pool, badmitton court and more. It's a great place for kids and families.

Stayed May 30, 2022Overall, everything was pretty good. When we first arrived it took us about 10 minutes to get in because there were 2 lock boxes and we were trying the wrong lock box. The confirmation email also supplied the wrong code for the lock box. Fortunately, Ms. Linda, the contact for the property, gave us the correct code and told us which box to use. The only other negative was that the check out instructions on the confirmation email were different from the notebook left at the property. I would book here again - the pools were fun, the beach was awesome, restaurants were close & good (be sure to plan ahead, a good bit of them close at 9) & the condo was semi updated & clean. Ms. Linda, the property contact, was fabulous!
