Stayed Jul 2, 2025The owner was great, had a problem with booking that wasn't her fault and she easily resolved it. The location is perfect with a very short walk to the beach and everything you need close by. The place was clean and well stocked. I would love to stay here again!

Stayed Jan 10, 2025Exactly as shown! it is on 2nd floor with no elevator. Stayed 2 nights prior to our cruise & walked about a 1/2 mile to restaurant. Would stay again!

Stayed Jul 15, 2024This condo was in a great location! It was a 2 min walk and you were on the beach! Upon walking in we were greeted with nice music, clean and well decorated space- very modern looking. The kitchen was stocked with the needed basics; pots and pans, toaster, microwave, full size fridge, oven/stove, utensils, plates/bowls/cups, etc. there were ice cube trays and even filter for filtered water. There was a king sized bed and a pull out couch, and floor space to bring some accommodations for kids in the bedroom as well if needed. The TV was a smart tv so you can log into your streaming services to watch your favorite shows. The Cocoa Beach Pier, Wizard of Oz/Van Gogh museum, Dinosaur Store/museum, Ron John surf shop, candy store, ice cream store, restaurants, boba, grocery store, surf lessons/school, and more was all within 5-8 minutes from the condo. Bike paths and sidewalks access as well. After a day at the beach (very quiet and not crowded/ busy section of beach, no life guard), rinse off with the hose within the complex, and crash for a quiet afternoon, or get ready for an evening out on the town! 20 min from Kennedy Space Center. The host is accessible for anything you need and responds quickly. Very clean, well stocked, taken care of, close to everything, in a safe area, designated off street parking…we didn’t want leave and will absolutely be back again!
