BeachSide Sanctuary~Excellent Amenities!!! Great Place for a Great GetAway!

The property was nice. Good location. Beach was great. Pool was very nice. I didn’t realize that the bedroom was upstairs but we managed. Cozy but for the 2 of us it was nice. Limited view from balcony. The condo next door was power washing their parking deck so during the day it was terribly loud when sitting outside. (Nothing you could do about this). My problem began on Sunday when I tried to check in. I had received an email from you and it started off “this is every thing you need for your stay”. It told me about the parking, the pool, the beach, etc. What it didn’t give me was the entry code to the lock box on the door so I could get in. We arrived at the condo at 3pm hoping to get in early. We hung out until 4pm waiting on an email with the code. Starting at 5pm I called the onsite manager Austin to see if he had any contact. The text from VRbo said “if you have any questions contact the owner”. The only number I had gave me a recording “our business hours are Mon-Fri 8-5” I checked with the onsite security guard. He had a phone # for the unit but it was a non working number. I sent multiple texts. I checked my inbox after downloading the VRBO app. Nothing. After repeated attempts to contact someone I gave up and found me a hotel room at 8pm. The next morning someone finally answered me. She told me that I had received an email on Sept 4th with my door code. I checked my trash. I had 496 deleted messages but it only went back to Sept 7th. I did receive a 150 refund

Very clean and cute

Everything was great. The only negative would be the elevator has no air and was extremely hot.

First trip with just my kids and I. This condo was the perfect size for us. Just as the listing says it’s small, cozy, and just a short walk to the beach. You can see the ocean from the balcony which was a win for my daughter and I! Only thing I’d say is be mindful when you close the door because sometimes I noticed it wouldn’t close all the way for the lock to catch, otherwise great stay!

Condo was clean and nice kitchen was well furnished bed was very comfortable all three pools was clean as well as the kiddy pool over all nice place to stay security guards was always supper nice only thing it would be nice to have a security lock on the inside only way to lock the door is with the door knob would stay here agin

Very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly! It was right on the beach and clean pools. The only real gripe was the elevator was slow and extremely hot. We would definitely stay again regardless!!

Overall, would stay there again! First night we had some issues accessing our room. This was a complete fluke and no fault of anyone. The on-call were great in helping us! From my day of travel I know I was a little snippy in the beginning, but their attitude and willingness to help made the entire situation better. The building/property itself is older and could use some updating. I wasn’t expecting the cement walls in the interior and that took me back. It has a prison/old dorm feeling, but I’m sure very safe in hurricane weather. The condo itself is also a little outdated and could have used a little more cleaning (ceiling fans and shower liner specifically). We enjoyed the easy beach access and night time on the beach quickly became a favorite. The pools were also nice when wanting an escape from the sand. It truly became our cozy little home away from home and we enjoyed our stay. We did leave a few supplies for the next guests because truly there’s just never enough.

Both adults are 5'2... couldn't reach microwave without a chair. No safety latch on entry door. No plug for tub drain...unable to bathe kids in tub. No blankets..but a very nice woman brought some when we called. THE SOFA BED WAS TERRIBLE..even the kids couldn't sleep. Needs a thicker mattress. No hair dryer...it actually wasn't listed as an item but I haven't stayed at any of the SB condos in the last 19 years that did not have one! Clean and we did love the beach♥️ Overall we still enjoyed our vacation. This unit just needs a little love and attention.

This unit is a lot smaller than it looks in pictures! Shower curtain in lower bath had mold on it! Patio chairs had mold on them! One smoke detector located on 2nd level without a battery and no sprinkler system in unit! There was no bedding for pull out sofa bed and one of the pillows was stained! Mattress on pullout bed was very worn out! Microwave was on top of the fridge! We had to stand on top of our cooler in order to use it! Upstairs carpet was dirty, stained and not vacuumed! We had towels and no washcloths! Closet door hanging on one hinge! The unit is outdated and had a really unclean feel and smell to it! We asked for an accommodation (not a refund) but was told there’s was nothing that could be done until the next dAy. We ended up spending more money that night at a hotel!!! Next morning we went to Luna Beach Properties main office and further expressed our concerns. Once again, we were told that there was nothing that could be done! This lady was very cold and could care less about our concerns!! “Take the shower curtain down and another rest of your trip!” That’s what she told us, because there’s Belsen they could do! Out of all the properties that they have, we could not be accommodated! We also asked if someone would clean the unit for us because it wasn’t very clean! They later sent a very nice maintenance guy who fixed the closet replaced some light bulbs! We had to spend money again to buy cleaning products to clean the unit ourselves in order to try and enjoy the rest of our stay! This unit is not big enough for 4 adults! No privacy!
