BEACHSIDE Paradise: 3BR Condo with Heated Pool - Steps to Cocoa Beach Pier!

LOCATION!!! Central to lots of activities and attractions. Unobstructed sunrise views. Could hear ocean loud and clear.

The condo was wonderful! Very clean , beautiful furnishings and a great view from the balcony. Master bedroom large with plenty of storage space. Kitchen had every imaginable thing we could need for cooking. Our son and his family were unable to join us dueto illness so we were stuck without a car but were able to walk to several outstanding restaurants plus the Publix which was 8 minutes walk. Good communication also. Would love to return.

This is a spacious condo in a quiet neighborhood directly on the beach. Only a 5 minute walk to the pier but the beach is not too busy or traffic-heavy.The pictures do not do this place justice! There was a ton of space for my 5 kids, my wife, and myself. Also, not included in the description or pictures but there are beach items, accessories, and some toys included at the rental: multiple chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and other items to make the day at the beach more enjoyable.The view from the balcony of the ocean and pool area is great.The owner and managers of the property were very attentive and easy to communicate with.Would stay again if in the Cocoa Beach area.

It is a beautiful property in a peaceful place.

We loved the location of this property. Plenty of things close by to keep you entertained. The condo's beach access walkway was new and one of the nicest ones we have used. The owners were really nice as the called on our first full day there to ensure we were settled in and happy with the accommodation. When we notified them of a broken patio chair, they immediately had someone responded to the property to pick it up for repair. Everyone in our party had a great time and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

This condo was everything and more! It was spotless with absolutely everything we need and more. We’ve never stayed anywhere with such an abundance of towels and supplies. Kurt and his wife we wonderful to us and we could not have asked for a single thing more! Views of ocean and pool outstanding! Thanks for sharing your amazing place it’s us! If I could give 10 stars I would!!

We have stayed at the Cocoa Beach club for many years for spring break. This year was no exception. The pool and grounds are beautiful. The beach is right there and lots of things to do with lots of restaurants in the area.

Great location and good communication with property owner

Nice amenities, but no hot tub. Pool cĺosed too early. VERY NICE & quiet with a community feel.

Property and unit were clean and well maintained and included toys, chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Really nice, large pool with a perfect water temperature. Convenient to beach, pier and grocery. Ample parking on site during our October stay.

Our condo was wonderful! Very spacious, clean and so cute! The complex was clean. We Could see the pool and the ocean. We got to see a space launch, too. If you are going to Coco Beach...I would recommend staying here!

The condo was beautiful. The kitchen was just perfect. The bedrooms worked great for our family. We also loved the location. We could see the ocean from the balcony, as well as the pool area. Such a nice, peaceful property.

Great location, very short walk over to the beach/down to the pool. Convenient to Space Center, restaurants … It was very clean and well supplied with cookware. Rooms were large and well furnished. Beach chairs and toys also available

The property was beautiful! The condo was just as it looked in the pictures and we had tons of room. The pool was huge and was a big hit with my 8 year old. The view of the ocean was great and being right on the beach was the best. It had great beach access. We loved this condo and would recommend it to anyone headed to Cocoa Beach!

Can't beat the location. Short walk to beach and the pier. Short drive to Orlando and the theme parks. Clean, spacious and comfortable. And a pool to top it all off.
