Very comfortable and well maintained property. Unfortunately, due to ongoing repairs from hurricane damage last fall, the pool was not available, and there is construction ongoing. This did not detract from my stay, however. Glad to help keep tourism going on AMI as they rebuild!

The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. All the accommodations were excellent and I enjoyed the pool area the most. I will definitely recommend this unit to all my friends.

This place was just amazing! Across the street from the beach (Golf of Mexico), beautiful pool at the place and very friendly and kind guest who also stayed there. The island has many fun things to do weather it's just for you and your significant other/friends, you with the whole family or a solo vacation. Either way there is always something to do there. I would most definitely recommend this place because I will most definitely make this location a yearly thing.

Super-clean updated unit. It has everything thing you need including beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, cooler and a wagon to carry everything to the beach. Easy walk to several restaurants and shopping.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Beachside Oasis at Runaway Bay! The property was clean and updated! Sea breeze agents contacted us a few times with the first 24 hours to make sure we didn't need anything and that our check in process went smooth. The condo had everything we did and didn't think of - canopy, beach toys, chairs, pool toys, beach wagon, etc.The kids and my husband and I were impressed by the details. Kitchen well stocked with even an air fryer. We'll be back! It was a great vaca!

I came here with my Husband and 4 year old daughter on October just a few weeks after Hurricane Ian. The condo, if it was affected, did not show any signs of damage. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit and all the kitchen/bathroom supplies that came with it. The bedrooms were nicely furnished and the bed linens were super clean and very comfortable. Great location with the beach just across the street. I would definitely recommend using a bike or golf cart to get around. One place I highly recommend is eating at Sage's Biscuit company. It's located off the island but SO worth it. The condo was great and I can easily recommend to anyone visiting with a family. LOTS of beach toys, chairs, etc provided at this condo.

This is a nice condo complex with a great pool and just across the street from the beach. People are very friendly and there is a tennis court and also pickle ball. Our unit was nicely decorated and very comforable. Excellent TV. Unit is well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, coolers etc. Easy to walk to several restaurants and the Bridge Street area. We will return!

Very nice unit and very nice complex. The unit has been updated throughout and the kitchen was well equipped for an extended stay. The outdoor closet had an awesome selection of beach equipment for the entire family!

Had one of the best 3 day weekends i have had in a long time. The Condo is beautiful and you can tell it has been newly renovated. Spacious 2 bedroom with a full kitchen for when we wanted to cook. Who wants to cook on vacation? There is a smokehouse right next door to the condo complex and some of the best restaurants i have ever been to all within walking distance. This condo is literally less than a quarter mile between the bay and the gulf of mexico. I watched the sunrise on the bay and watched it set on the gulf. I have been all over florida but this island is my favorite. We had some of the best service in the restaurants we went to and the night life included live music at multiple venues with outstanding local drinks. This place is a gem. Next time we book it will be at least for a week as there is a ton to do and explore! Simply outstanding location right in the heart of the island. Looking forward to coming back.......
