Up one flight of stairs and you walk into the lovely and bright villa. The open living room with large Smart TV and comfy couches is the perfect place to take a break from the midday heat or cuddle up for a movie night with popcorn. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all you need to get your chef on and enjoy it at the dining room table for 6. Better yet, take that meal outside on the large sunlit patio that also has a space for the whole family! This home also features a Keurig coffee machine for those morning coffee lovers!



Both bedrooms and the laundry are located down the hallway from the kitchen. The primary suite has a king bed, Smart TV and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features 2 full beds a tv and its own bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The living room also features a sleeper sofa for added convenience.

* Shipyard is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $250 non-refundable fee for first dog, with an additional $150 for each extra dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.

    Our stay was short but enjoyed the spacious condo. Loved the deck! The master bed was super comfortable and the room was large. MASTER Bathroom was adequate, the water in shower is slow to drain!. The second bathroom was again adequate, hard to pull shower water on. Having suppies for laundry, dishes, beach towels, gift bag is thoughtful and appreciated! Kitchen stocked well, couple of the cabinet doors are slightly wonke. Walk to beach, not bad. For future renters...maybe tips/map on how to get there and where they can park if walk is too long. Pool was great! Overall super happy with our visit. We love HHI, have been coming for 15 years! See yall soon!

    We enjoyed our stay. The amenities of beach chairs and wagon was really nice. Lots of updates to the condo. A few things could still use an update, but nothing that hindered our enjoyment. It fit the bill for what we needed in our stay.

    This was a last minute Mother Daughter trip. We thoroughly loved the condo. Very clean with everything needed for our stay. The beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee outside on the deck overlooking the golf course. The proximity to the beach was within walking distance. The only issues were confusion on the location of the condo. We didn’t have clear instructions on location from the check in office, very confused but we figured it out. The other issue was in the primary bathroom. The water seemed to not drain in the shower. Certainly a simple fix on those issues. I would definitely consider staying here again.

    Condo was clean and updated the deck and patio furniture was not cleaned at all deck was a mess with leaves patio set looked like it wasn’t cleaned in a long time

    The location of Beachwalk is excellent. Close to beach, golf course,and all amenities. The unit is bright, tastefully decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen. Upon entering there was a musty unpleasant smell that remained for the 12 days we were there. The carpets needed cleaning badly. The windows were filthy and the tracks were so dirty it was hard to open and close some windows. We wouldn’t stay there again unfortunately for these reasons as we value cleanliness. . The management company made check in very easy.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in a great location. Only a short walk to the beach. Great wraparound upper deck. While the unit was clean it does require some updating which we understand will be done shortly. The bathrooms could use an update. The guest bedroom currently has 2 single beds which are not comfortable for older teenagers or adults. A much better option would be to have at least one double bed in the guest room. The team from Host to Coast were fantastic! A special shout out to Dan who not only responded quickly to our concerns but went over and above to remedy the situation. It was a pleasure chatting and working with him.
