Stayed Apr 29, 2021The location was great. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. There was a large very nice pool on the property which we enjoyed. The condo was very clean and you could tell it had been updated. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025We enjoyed a 5-nt stay in late June. Poolside view and a peek of the ocean but super close walk to beach within the expansive Sandestin resort. Clean and comfortable and the best owner communication possible! Love having access to beach chairs especially since the beach is rather crowded at that time of season. Great condo!

Stayed Dec 29, 2024Booked this trip last minute for NYE. The listing was exactly as described. Beautiful view, overlooking the pool/golf course. Super easy walk to the beach. We watched the sunset every night at The Beach House, which was less than a 5 min walk. We will for sure be back!

Stayed Sep 13, 2024We loved the unit and the views. The unit was clean and comfortable. The host was amazing! the communication was clear and he also provided a list of activities, restaurants, and shopping in the area. The only issues (which has nothing to do with owner) The entrance into the building isn't well lit and also the building read along with our contract no dogs and we encounter more than 4 coming on and off elevators. I love the area and the beach!

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Our honeymoon at this beach condo was absolutely perfect! The condo’s location couldn’t be better, with the pristine beach just steps away, making it easy to enjoy the sun anytime. The pool area was immaculate, offering a clean and relaxing environment for a refreshing dip. We loved exploring the local area, with fantastic dining options like The Back Porch restaurant which was perfect for a romantic dinner with ocean views. Plus, there were several charming ice cream spots nearby, which made for sweet treats after a day at the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our honeymoon! Our host made it easy to communicate and was very informational, leaving us with assurance and no added questions!

Stayed Jan 21, 2024We found the condo to be very comfortable with everything we needed with the small exception that we could not get the living room TV to work for cable so we could watch the NFL play off games. We watched it comfortably from the bedroom TV. The owner was extremely responsive and gave us great info on local amenities and things to do.
