Beachside II 4329: 'Sandy Bottoms' ~ perfect for families, pool included!

The condo was very clean and beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Be sure to read ALL property description!!! The pool was under construction and the alternative option is a 28min walk/7 minute drive! There is no in person help/check in desk. All was done via text message or phone call. There is a 7 ft clearance to the main parking area. So if you have a rack with luggage you will need to unload prior to entering. The only positive from our stay is that the condo was clean with a modern update. Florida is my family’s yearly vacation destination but will not book at this facility again.

The property & condo were both nice but, the pool was being reconstructed. Nothing was mentioned in the VRBO listing about the pool problem. I would not have rented this unit if I had known about the pool being unavailable.

We enjoyed our stay! Restaurant/bar next door with live music was great! The grounds of the Sandestin resort were beautiful driving distance from the Baytowne Warf which was a great little place for food, treats, shopping, and more live entertainment. We felt safe and enjoyed with my 3 kids, ages 8, 12, and 16 who also enjoyed our stay! Water was great in early/mid June.

The condo is absolutely beautiful! The views were even better than the pictures! Everything was very clean, had all the amenities we needed and great space. We have a 7 month old baby and the pack and play fit perfectly in the walk in closet (making it an “extra room” for us!). Easy access to the beach and convenient pool - there was come construction on the new pool but it wasn’t a bother at all! Cannot wait to book again!!!

Unit 4329 was very nice, with a few opportunities for improvement. The contracts for these rentals can be scary, with lots of language surrounding financial penalties for damage during your stay. The unit had a handful of 'dings' and small areas of damage. When these are not noted it can create anxiety that they might be misattributed. For example, the front window, facing the breezeway, had a sizable crack in it. There are also a handful of drywall corners in the main living area that have been dinged and scuffed over the years. That said, It's a nice unit with a gorgeous view, for a fair price. We would stay here again.

Condo was very clean and fully furnished. The property kept visitors informed during Helene which was nice. Would definitely go back and recommend to a family.
