Beachside II 4303 Amazing water view, Freshly remodeled 2 bed Gulf-front unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in a great location and has spectacular views. However, it was not as clean as you would expect. The floors were dirty and the kitchen definitely needed attention. The beds in 2nd room were very uncomfortable.

We went out and bought three box fans so we could be comfortable. First time ever to be in a unit without ceiling fans. I definitely will not return to this unit

Codes, directions and the variety of free or discounted daily activities. They were even able to fairly accommodate us when we decide we wanted to stay over a little longer. The only slight demerit goes to the owner of the unit. Coffee was brewed in an old drip machine (who doesn't use K-cup nowadays especially travelling), the TVs weren't identical in their offerings, and the kitchen utensils were on the sparse side. Needless to day, we were there to enjoy the beach, golf, etc. so kitchen issues are minor, indeed.

Great location like the remodel. Construction to building did cause some long delays getting an elevator with workers going in and out. Broken Glass seen multiple times on walkways to beach and pool closed due to broken glass all from construction apparently.

We have stayed at Beachside 2 for years and had a wonderful week weather wise. We have always stayed in another unit but due to construction we were moved to this unit at the last minute. It is dire need of upgrading. Bathroom had mold, AC went out Sunday and was not able to be repaired until Monday. Furniture is old & uncomfortable and balcony had only 3 chairs (for a unit that accomodates up to 6). I was appreciative that we were given a construction discount & the Gibson folks were great but would not recommend this unit unless it was totally refurbished.

This is our second time staying on a Gibson Rental property and the communication with the owners is great! They always respond right away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a two bedroom condo unit. A king bed that has ocean front windows. The big window in the middle of the bedroom View is severely cloudy. You can’t really see the view through it. They were doing construction on the second floor and it was very noisy. The condo unit is on the 10th floor. Every time we went out on the balcony to enjoy a meal or the view, someone was smoking and made it very undesirable. Also, the people above us were constantly running and banging something on the floor making it for a very difficult sleeping situation. The bathroom has a garden tub with a shower in one. The kitchen had very nice pans and everything you need to cook meals in the condo. We have stayed at Beachside one and BEACHSIDE2 with no previous problems. We were told on Wednesday that the pool for Beachside two was being repaired and not available . We were very disappointed about that. The beach had June blooms with a ton of seafood weed making it look very dirty and every time we went into the ocean, it felt like we were being attacked by air very long strands of hair. Really gross. Please make sure you wear shoes on the beach during the day, the landing with stairs and the actual beach get extremely hot on your feet. The rug in the main bedroom hurts your feet. You will need slippers to wear in the condo because your bottoms of your feet will turn black and the rug that hurts as well.
