Beachside II 4302 ~ Cozy, upgraded clean beachfront condo ~ 'A Mermaids Tale'

Got to see dolphins going after their food from deck and great night views of the stars over the ocean.

The good: View from balcony and bedroom is spectacular. Bed is comfortable and bathroom is fine.The bad: Condo is old and worn out. No comfortable seating. The furniture is threadbare and you sink when you sit down - including the dining room chairs. Curtains have rips and tears. Dining room table is broken (top is about to come off).Kitchen is sparce (only 3 teaspoons) and you will need to buy everything if you plan to cook while there (only food was salt and pepper). Living room TV remotes don't work properly.No information on local restaurants or attractions and no information on resort tram.

First the good: clean condo, easy check-in/out, the view.Now the not so good: this is a tired little condo that is begging to be updated and fully stocked. The furniture is old and torn, the coffee maker doesn’t function properly so we had to buy a new one, can opener doesn’t work so had to buy one of those too, there is water damage in a doorway, the kitchen could use more of everything, dining room table isn’t functional since the base and top are not secured to each other properly.

The building itself was a little dated. There was construction going on, which we were told ahead of time. It did make things a little inconvenient, but the stay overall was great. Definitely would stay here again.

The one time we didn’t, our vacation just lacked all the essentials (view, location, amenities). We always know what we are getting when we book through GBR. No surprise charges, no last minute cancellations making us scramble to find another property. I’ve seen that happen a lot to others. As for this unit specifically, our only complaints would be the furniture wasn’t as comfortable as we would have liked and when we arrived at the condo, we could hear sand crunching as we walked across the floor. Regardless, we are already planning our next Destin vacation and GBR will definitely be our go to rental agency!

We had a nice vacation at the Miramar Beach and the apartment rental was very nice on the 10 th floor the View was very beautiful thank you for having us we had a great time would definitely visit again sometime ?
