Beachside II 4295 ~ Relax with an unbelievable beach & Gulf view

The only thing we did not like about our stay was when I booked it there was nowhere stating the pool was down and the access to the beach was closed off. We did however follow the sidewalk to the beach by the Beachhouse restaurant and swam in the pool there so it was not to far away.

Very nice place right on the beach beautiful view. Only thing is the remotes to the bedroom TV control the bedroom TV. They were kind of hard to get to operate but other than that the stay was well. The bathroom toilet in the master bedroom did have bad smell to it. I had to re-clean it. It seemed a little dirty. other than that was a nice little place to stay, enjoyed it we’ll be back.

Loved the location and the beautiful views from the room! Easy access to the beach and pool. Tram service to Baytowne Wharf was nice too once we figured out how to navigate the routes. Felt like that could have been better explained. Also the washing machine knob needs fixed so you don’t have to constantly fiddle with it to keep it in the right spot for the cycle to continue. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Great place and location

Upon arrival, the condo was extremely dirty. Ketchup smeared on the patio doors, french fries on the patio, cookies on the floor. I spent the 1st hour of my vacation cleaning the condo bc if they missed the obvious in cleaning, who knows if the place was cleaned at all. Things that were broken in the condo at arrival: -air conditioner -washing machine -coffee pot -and lots of little things around the condo that just indicates lack of maintenance or care of the condo The couch and rug in the living area are beyond dirty and need to be replaced. Went to the store to buy lysol and spray before allowing my family sitting on it. The condo is in need of major updating and maintenance. The location is great and the management company was quick to address all of the concerns, but it was a HUGE pain to deal with on vacation.

We had this trip scheduled and a family emergency occurred just days before we were to arrive. Gibson was gracious enough to allow us to reschedule, which very few, if any other management groups would do. So thankful for working with us through a difficult life event. Great job Gibson!!

Easy access to the beach, and right by the Beach House restaurant and a fun little drink stand. My only 2 complaints are that the guest shower head was somewhat broken and made that shower unusable, and it didn’t appear it had just happened, and when you run the dryer it smells like something is on fire. It also stated that beach umbrella and chairs were included and the description should have been that they are available within the unit for you to use, not the beach set up professionally provided - as that was unclear.

It would have been nice to know that there was construction going on around the property and that the umbrella and chairs with the rental are stored in the unit, not those provided with rentals from other properties that are setup on the beach for you. We did like the unit though as the A/C worked great in the heat and it has a wonderful view. Some minor touch ups or repairs in the unit are needed, but nothing that interfered with our great trip. We'd rent and recommend this again.

the best vacation me and my family has been on yet. the only downside is all of the rental beach chairs and umbrellas they put up on the beach. not even half of them was being used and it made it difficult to find a good spot to setup on the beach. other than that it was amazing.
