This second-floor condominium offers direct access to the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of Miramar Beach. Guests may park one vehicle at this community with no parking fee. Enjoy the convenience of gated, covered parking, ensuring vehicle safety and protection from the Florida sun. During check-in and check-out, ten-minute parking is allowed under the porte-cochere for easy loading and unloading.

In order to gain access to resort amenities, guests must wear wristbands while in these areas.

Please utilize the designated trash chutes or disposal areas located on each floor. All trash should be bagged prior to disposal. Do not shove large items into the trash chutes that will cause blockage.

    Upon arrival, we discovered the host had not provided a gate code which was needed to access the property. Another guest allowed ys to enter. The condo was nice, but we had several issues with cleanliness and inoperable amenities. The ironing board was broken. The sofa bed was broken and we had to put the mattress on the floor. The outdoor furniture was filthy due to active construction on the extetior. We were woke up at 7am on the last day by the landscapers weedeating and mowing. The pots and pans were in poor condition. Overall, the condo was in need of a complete update. The toilet was not secure and moved when used. I conveyed our displeasure with the host and he simply said he apologized and would discuss with his team. I get no pleasure from submitting a bad review, however, I hope these issues are corrected before someone else rents.
