The bedroom did not seem to get as cool as the living room even though we checked to make sure all vents were open in the bedroom.

the room is well suitable for couple right on the beach, it's very clean.The building access is very secure, it's highly recommended.

Overall, it was a nice stay in a good location, despite the immediate pool being closed, which we were not given any discount for and were not told until we had paid in full. The location and view were great and we enjoyed the stay, the beach, alternate pool location and access and where it was located. There were some problems that we will have to consider before possibly coming back. 1. On the first day we were caught in an elevator and had to call security; 2. On one day our security code did not work to the gate to the alternate pool; 3. (And the most frustrating one) our main TV’s picture went out 2 days before we were to leave. I reported it in the afternoon and I told management that it was probably unfixable. They told me they could not send anyone out that evening. They sent no one out the next day when they said they would, until I complained again after 5 pm. Then they send a person out and they found out what I already knew: It could not be fixed. They said they had to write up a new work order, but no one showed up the next day - the day we left. I consider that unreasonable for the amount of money we paid for the place. We were offered no apology and no type of partial refund.

Really liked the condo and beach view. Comfortable rooms and great town.

This is the perfect getaway. Can’t beat the view from the balcony and bedroom. Great resort and nice area that is less crowded than other parts of Destin.

There are codes not just to your door, but the gate to before you get to the lot but also the beach and gate. The condo is very equipped with kitchenware, a mop and broom as well and beach chairs and umbrella. The Beach House restaurant next door is nice and convenient and you can hear the love music from your balcony. Typically 5-7pm. We met alot of great people. Any staff we ran into they were great. The one guy that works as you pull into the resort for the Hilton side was grumpy pants. The guy in the booth was great! The one elevator was a little finicky for the 2nd floor where you can park but other than that no complaints. We would love to come back!

Property was lovely. What was frustrating was the beach. Too many chairs put up a lot empty! If you brought your own beach equipment (to the back of the bus) you were treated 2nd class. We could not see the ocean!!!! Been coming to the beach for years. Never have I seen such disregard to others. Several were asked to move ??We paid for a beach also! The reason we are here!!
