Beachside 2 4283 ~ Gorgeous & Updated Beachfront Destin condo

Loved the property. Condo was very nice. Bed was terrible. Mattress needs replacing. I was told there was a ramp to the beach but it was actually stairs which was very difficult for me.

Beautiful place well appointed beach so close and pool amazing. Also great communication from the staff. We would highly recommend this place. Did I mention Macy views from the balcony and the master bedroom?!!

Very clean and organized! We loved it here, and we would most definitely stay here again! The view was perfect.

I must say this was the most disappointed I've been with my staying accommodations in 14 years. Arrived to bathroom sink backing up. Condo supposed to sleep 6 with a couch and Murphy bed. We got one set of sheets, no pillow cases, 4 but towels, 2 small, and one floor towel. So inconvenient. We double reported and they did nothing to accommodate this poorly stocked unit.

My husband and I had a great time on this property! The unit was a perfect size for the two of us. The decor and style of the unit made for an enjoyable time. We utilized the tram to Baytown Warf, which was super convenient! Check in and check out was very easy, and communication with the host was always timely and helpful. We are looking forward to coming back when the pool is renovated. Having the pool available would have made the trip perfect, but it was enjoyable and relaxing nonetheless!

Great overall stay! Was just myself & another friend. Definitely spacious for 4 people though! Would recommend for couples!

Easy shuttle service to Baytowne Wharf. Even tho pool under construction-pool at Beach House was perfect!

We enjoyed the location and overall appearance of the condo. It was very clean inside. Although, you cannot turn the AC below 72 and it was very hot inside. We had to purchase a fan to help us sleep at night. In addition, we didn’t have the pool that was advertised because they are remodeling so there was a good bit of construction during our stay.

The location was excellent with great a great view of the ocean. The condo was very clean with no surprises. I have 2 recommendations. First is to replace the sofa as it is not a comfortable sitting sofa. The second is to add a celing fan to the bedroom.

Our first trip to Miramar Beach and Destin FL. We had a Great time! It was my sister and I and our 2 daughters age 21 and 19! The beach and water were amazing! Condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Just wish we had a mattress topper for the pull out couch. Girls complained there was a bar in their backs. We will definitely be coming back. Had an amazing time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two adults in the king bedroom and two boys (11 and 13) on the sleeper sofa. Plenty of space. In unit washer and dryer were easy. Brand new kitchen appliances including coffee maker (grounds not pods). Living room and bedroom both have large smart TVs that are easy to use and hook consoles for gaming. There was no baking sheet in oven drawer but there is now (we bought and left behind). Easy access to the beach and pool via double elevators a few doors down. Unit was quiet. If you want good beach spot and don’t want to pay for rental set, gotta get down early (6am) and be prepared for close quarters. There was one ceiling light in bathroom that was flickering so that was flickering so that needs to be changed. Parking on upper level 2 was plentiful. More crowded on level 1 which was covered. Driving and walking around on grounds was easy and tram made it simple and safe provided you are not on tight schedule. Destin traffic was par for the time of year (June). Sandestin is only 30 min to Seaside and 10 min to Destin so basically in the middle of everything. Plenty of activities and restaurants and shopping on and off property. Beach has hut for sodas, water, and beer and cocktails and frozen drinks. Check in and out was simple and all done via text.
