Reviewer Comments: PROS: Location, beach amenities, safety, quiet.CONS: Our specific unit needed more attention to cleaning and repairs- some examples are paint peeling off walls in bathroom, dirty mirrors, weird pungent odor on couch (vomit?), and too much visible mold for our comfort level. Pool was closed the entire week of our stay, and for some reason you're not allowed to use the pool next door. Locking gates and elevator each were out of service at least once during our stay. The amenities in the neighboring building are significantly nicer, so I hope this property is also updating to a similar look.Overall, yes we would consider this property again, but not in the same unit.

The condo was good for us. The balcony was perfect. I liked that we could park in the open air garage. I appreciated them cleaning the lobby floors every day. I guess the person before us smoked mariuana

We loved the location in Sandestin and the good was good enough. However, I would recommend some condo updates as there was some chipping paint in the bathroom, some of the electrical outlets were loose or missing plates, and some of the kitchen lights were flickering. Overall it was a good stay and the beach and pool were very nice. Thanks!

This condo is in a Good location, with a great view of the ocean! The room was clean. Extra pillows and blankets. Loved that there was a coffee pot AND a Keurig! All necessary items stocked, along with beach chairs and umbrella! Beach access right off the elevator. Very short walk. The name of the building isn't labeled on the outside, so that was our only confusion coming in. Otherwise, our 4 day stay was great here... we would definitely book here again.

Conveniently located near multiple restaurants, convenience stores, and other attractions. The staff and office personnel were stellar and responded to any inquiries we submitted. We did not take advantage of the pool or chair/umbrella rentals as we have our own beach stuff but the amenities were nice. Was a little disappointed with the entertainment system in the rental. Very small TVs with only a dvd player. No smart tv to watch Netflix shows or other streaming services. After a long day at the beach would have loved to unwind watching our favorite shows or movies but resorted to watching on our phone :/. The kitchen, living room, and porch were nice. The bedroom was a little underwhelming. The bed was very noisy and would bang into the wall so any movement would cause loud noise. The interior just seemed very old and outdated. There were only two elevators and only one worked a majority of our stay. Both elevators were extremely hot and with 20’some off floors it would get smelly and extremely hot as you waited for your floor.Overall I would give a 6.5/10. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay and urge others to give it a shot. For the price we paid we will probably opt to try a different option next visit.

Unit was exactly as described and included all the necessities! Communication was easy and my questions were answered promptly through text. Unit was comfortable and has a great view!
