Beachside 1 4122 updated gulf front condo with huge patio - Incredible views!

The views were stunning and loved the huge balcony. One issue though, there was a huge sewage smell from time to time that was disturbing.

The location and view of the condo is perfect! The condo was clean and had plenty of room. The management company was friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, the condo had a sewer-like smell the entire time we stayed there. The management company sent someone a few times to help by cleaning out the kitchen garbage disposal. The smell continued throughout our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was spotless when we checked in. The extra balcony/sun deck was a nice touch. Only suggestion on an improvement would be to have a few more amenities. We could have used some more dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, dish towels and toilet paper. Otherwise no other complaints!

Gorgeous view! Attentive staff. Need to update patio furnirure as is falling apart and I let them know. They were very receptive to the feedback. The location and view make it 5 stars!!! Pool was nicely heate for winter enjoyment.

The location was great. Pool and beach access was very convenient. Check in and check out was a breeze. The only negative was the patio furniture was old and in disrepair. Could be a safety hazard.

It obviously has a wonderful view, but in addition the unit is spacious and always clean. Feels like we are coming home each year. The unit is kept up well. The only issues (minor) were the out door furniture is pretty worn. One of the arms on a chair is broken, and the leg rest on one of the loungers is broken. otherwise, all is perfect!

The Condo was fantastic.. quite and relaxing… No crowds due to all the kids in school.. best time to vacation… we will be back

Very straightforward instructions and quick to respond if needed. This condo is spacious and has a beautiful ocean view. The deck is much larger compared to other units in the building. Two king beds plus a sofa bed if you’re traveling with a family. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were too which is pretty unbelievable for a rental property. I need to mention the water pressure is off the charts soooooo good! I’m really missing that shower:). The owners in this building are extremely nice and Gabriel the security guard is just a wonderful gentleman. That’s another perk I’ll mention...Beachside 1 is a private beach for guests and owners only. That’s day trippers allowed to set up camp on the beach in front of this Condo building and rest assured when they attempt to, security is on it right away so you’re simply not going to be over crowded when you stay at Beachside 1. We will never stay anywhere else during our annual stays as long as there is something available so I suggest you book well in advance. Absolutely, highly recommend this unit not just for the unit itself, but for the overall experience with the people who live there. First class all the way.

The property was exactly as the photos! The private beach was perfect! The balcony and added terrace was an added bonus! We will definitely stay there again next year!

We enjoyed this beautiful condo on the ocean. It was basically in nice condition. There were few snags. The icemaker didn’t make much ice and so we had to bring in our own ice. (There were only two of us needing ice!) The outside chairs were rotting and needing to be replaced! But over all very good experience. We personally didn’t like arriving at the condo and every blind was closed and dark inside. Why close anll blinds and let the renter come info a dark room?? Open up the blinds. That maybe a personal preference! Overall a.lovely experience!!
