Great beach access and pool with bar and restrooms. Kind of far to park and tedious luggage cart process, also dryer did not work well at all, but otherwise condo, beds, kitchen was awesome. Would definitely stay again.

Place was nice and clean, no regrets.

Good property. Only complaint, as a woman, no woman can apply cosmetics, attend to brows, even get close enough to the bathroom mirrors to see close up. Lights over sinks are installed upside down so the light goes to the ceiling, not the sink area. Plus, only way to get close enough to the mirrors is to sit on or in the bathroom sinks. All in all, if you aren't a make up/fixy kinda girl, this place is good. Another option bring a makeup mirror or other lighting.

Had a short trip to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday my sister's 60th, and my daughter and my niece's graduations. We noted that on the reservation because they asked about a special occasion and were greeted with decorations and a cake. So delightful! The unit was absolutely spotless and beautiful view and such easy Beach access. The pool area was beautiful and they had a cute little gift shop in the lobby. Parking was safe and accessible and just overall the experience was first rate. Definitely would stay there again. Only downside which I didn't really care about was there was no working Wi-Fi and I had pretty spotty cell phone service. I think something about the building being very thick concrete but I'm not sure.

My family had the most relaxing vacation.upon arrival to condo we had a beautiful flower arrangement and card for the loss of my son I was not expecting and still we are all trying to figure life out without him being here something so simple truly made a huge difference for myself his sisters and his daughter because this trip was about healing

Arrived on day 1 and was going to grill out on the XL balcony went to use grill and it turned on but no heat, went to contact RealJoy within an hour of arriving and they owners were going to have to get a work order submitted to get repaired, they told me that we did not have to be there for maintenance to come in so that next day the grill was still not repaired and called again to inform that no one showed up.smoke alarm beeped until removing battery, bunk beds are worn out holding top bunk is 2x2 boards and cardboard. Couldn’t use top bunk at all very wobbly. Exhaust fan in master dirty and loud needs work done on it, leak in master sink bathroom, sofa is worn out and when you sit on it you fall into cushions and hard to get out and up from sofa, pictures fell off wall in master bedroom so we had to hang pictures up, one elevator was down half a day on a Sunday so had to go down 12 flights of steps, the canal on beach was full of dirty water from pond being pumped and therefore it was black dirty water going into ocean and it’s an eye sore. You want see those pictures on site when booking.cooking utensil( spatula) broke when making omelets, beds are worn out and need replaced.best part of trip was beautiful weather , pool and hot tub. Want book again here.

Property was just as advertised, clean and in a great location. Management sent messages with clear instruction for check in/out and was very responsive with any questions or concerns .

It was exactly as advertised. Nice view and the beach was wonderful

Perfect size for a family with 2 adult kids. Convenient location to all attractions, very clean and comfortable. Can't wait to come back!
