Beachfront~Gorgeous View~XL Balcony~Heated Pool~Grills~2BR Nautilus 1303

The balcony was perfect for sunset watching. The primary bedroom was so quiet and comfortable that we slept amazing! It was a wonderful vacation!

Room was nice but most of the dishes were left in the dishwasher when we arrived and a dirty hand towel was hanging on the shower head.

The property is very clean and the perfect location. The unit itself needs major updates, saggy mattresses, worn furniture, bathroom fan doesn't work, it just all needs attention.

We loved our stay! I had a few non negotiables in renting a condo…clean, beautiful view, easy check in and out. This condo gets an A plus on all of those. It was a bit outdated but that didn’t matter to us. The beds were super comfy! Very clean, amazing view, easy check in and out. I messaged the team about a door and the response was almost instant. Would definitely stay again.

It was close to the beach, not a long walk . Nice big balcony, I love seating in the morning and drink my coffee

Condo had great beach view. Very quiet and nice pool.Unit needs updates but understand due to all the hurricanes lately. Need to update pics on rental sites.Had a great vacation overall.

I have stayed at the Nautilus twice. I will stay again. We were able to check into the condo a couple of hours early which really helped us out after traveling with a 1 year old. The condo is clean. Located right on the beach. The pool is nice. Check-in process was very easy. The ocean view is beautiful. We did not have any issues at all during our stay.

We went for a whole month. We have went to Florida for years but the first time in this area. It is perfect. Beautiful and laid back. The condo had the perfect view. It was exactly as pictured. It was very clean!! Never saw one bug! Very quiet, beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Could use some updating but definitely easy to overlook!

The condo is decent for what we paid. However, if you’re looking for comfort when sleeping, the king bed in the primary bedroom is WORN OUT. Although it has a mattress topper, you can feel the deep indentations, and sagging on one side (maybe because the mattress has been turned to accommodate the poor shape of the mattress?), but it is terribly uncomfortable. In the bedroom with two queen beds, one of the bed’s bedframe appears to be attached to the headboard INCORRECTLY as it tilts forward when you sit on the end of the bed and the mattress and boxprings pop up, also making it uncomfortable). I detest leaving bad reviews and I share this one in hopes that the owners will find a way to soon replace the bad beds/mattresses because we would like to return again—this was our second year in a row and knew the beds were an issue the year before, but we thought we could deal with it… Sadly, we are not interested in TRYING to sleep during what is supposed to be a relaxing vacation, so we do not plan to return until bed(s) are replaced and/or repaired because it was just too uncomfortable. The condo is decent otherwise and very clean.
