Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time staying in this condo. The condo is great. The view from balconies is amazing! Cleanliness was not up to par this time. Living room sectional was full of hair. Thank goodness I brought extra sheets and covered the whole sectional. There were wet stinky dish towels in washing machine. The main bathroom shower was full of hair I had to reclean. Hopefully this was a one time thing because condo is really nice.

The two living room areas are clutch. The Sandestin Resort beachside fireworks show happens RIGHT OUTSIDE of the balcony. It was the coolest surprise for all of us. Very clean, updated, TONS of space. The pool was under construction while we were there so that was the only problem we had. The only pools we had access to required a golf cart ride across the highway to the other side of the resort which complicated a lot. I do wish the property and resort management was a bit more accommodating with that, seeing as though there were two pools right next to the resort on both sides, but we weren't allowed access to those. So the condo itself gets 10/10 for us! The pool situation gets a 2/10.

Also there was a pungent clean smell that we were told was there from cleaning of the furniture recently. It was a little overwhelming at first but got better each day. Love the excess to the golf cart. Came in handy since my wife was there for a vet conference and we visited the Warf. I would recommend that people staying bring things like salt, pepper and Pam and anything else as this condo lacks the essentials for cooking. They do have plenty of pans and cups and other stuff. Also grab some K cups for the coffee maker. The views are unparrelled. Enjoy!

This condo was perfect, beautiful, clean, and roomy. The views are OUTSTANDING! The golf cart was so fun, and what a bonus! Don't think twice and book!

We were so excited to see it was available again and included a golf cart! Love the balcony on this unit, there's always a shady spot or sunny spot, so it's perfect. The beds are also comfortable. The pool is currently being demolished and a new one will be built. Our balcony overlooks the construction and we were afraid it might be noisy. It was but was also interesting to watch so we didn't mind! A golf cart in this community is a HUGE plus so we loved that. Can't wait to come back to this condo and see the new pool!
