Beachfront Walkout – Ground-Floor Oceanfront Retreat w/ Private Sand Access & Heated Pool

Perfect place to stay! The parking, the pool and the beach could not be any closer. The rooms are large as well as the living area. It felt like home. Communication with the host was like talking to a friend.

The condo is in need of a deep clean to include the furniture. It looked like milk had been spilled on the blue sofa, however wasn’t cleaned. The walls, doors and main bathtub were dirty. While I understand it’s a ‘rental’, for the money you pay, you should feel comfortable sitting on the furniture. You are not able to see the ocean from the ground floor condo. On a positive note, it’s close to the pool, and within walking distance to the beach. The condo has beach towels and beach chairs. Restaurants are all within driving distance.

Great location. You can park about 20 yards from the condo and the beach is about 100 yards away as it is right near the beach access path. Pool was close and nice. Condo was well maintained. We had an issue with the Internet and the property manager took care of it quickly. We will stay here again!

This was our 2nd time staying in this exact unit and it was just as amazing as the 1st. The responsiveness of the property management team was amazing!!! 10/10 recommend staying in this unit!!! We will be back for years to come.

This property was perfect for our group of 7 ( family of 4 and family of 3). Two masters was nice to have so no debating. It came equipped with all the beach equipment you would want for a day at the beach with kiddos. The only reason it’s not a five star rating is because the condo has definitely had some wear and tear over the years that has not been fixed. We did contact the office for a broken sliding glass door handle and they were quick and prompt to take care of it but there were several broken closet doors and an issue with the main door that we just dealt with because we were in and out so much. Noting that was horrible but was aesthetically unpleasing. Overall it was a great place with a great location and like said they were quick to respond with whatever we needed. Amanda was always available and gave us some great recommendations for food around town.

This was very nice. Close to many amenities. Door lock was tricky at first not used to number locks. Could use a second extension chord in main bedroom with numerous outlets for phone chargers ect.

Perfect location for ease to the beach or pool. Clean, well equipped, and plenty of space for family of 8. WiFi spotty but helpful and attentive management. Nice find for our first trip to this area
