Stayed Apr 1, 2026Condo is just as described, very comfortable with lots of dishware. Gayle/Owner is wonderful and a great comminicator. Loved the parking garage, used the charcoal grills, they can get busy but its a nice area to hang out until its your turn to cook. Spanish Key seems smaller than other complexes we've stayed at, which is great because it still has a large pool, easy access to beach, etc. We will definitely return.

The owner was extremely helpful in making sure we had everything we needed before checking in and that everything was in order once we arrived. We've stayed in several condos in the area over the years and all have been nice. This is by far our favorite! We will definitely be back!!! Stayed Sep 1, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo and just wish we could’ve stayed longer. Gayle is the easiest, most incredible host we have ever experienced! She was very easy to communicate and a joy to talk to. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook, bedrooms are comfy, and the master bathroom blew us away! We enjoyed the private, indoor parking spot that came with our room. We were able to check in early thanks to Gayle, which was extremely beneficial to our short weekend! Also loved that we didn’t have to go through a front desk to check in. The door code was given ahead of time and allowed us to go straight to the room.

Stayed Aug 2, 2024We stayed here for our annual beach vacation as a family and really enjoyed the condo. It had more than enough space for my husband, myself and two kids! It was nice to have the unit right near the elevators yet we didn’t hear them at all. Both elevators broke down one night and we had to use the stairs but we enjoyed the needed exercise and they were fixed by the next morning. Communication with the owner was great also!
