Beachfront Villa with Heated Pool! Oceanfront Paradise

We had a great week! Great location! Condo was great except for the smell when we got there. We had to purchase air fresheners to help. I think the smell is due to the air conditioning. Kind of a musty smell that lingered even with the air fresheners.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view and location is terrific. The beach was the best. The room itself needs updating. There was a terrible smell when we first arrived and the furniture was dirty and smelly. They did come in to clean the furniture 3 days into our rental. We did buy air fresheners to help. The kitchen was cluttered with to much equipment and no place to store dry groceries in the cupboards. Get rid of all the accent pillows that are of no use. The hand towel holder in the bathroom was loose and we were afraid it would fall off. Also no where to put your shampoo, soaps and accessories in the bathtub. Vacation Time rental was very responsive to our needs and concerns but we feel the this unit wasn’t worth the headache.

Reviewer Comments: The newly decorated condo had all the amenities except for a comfortable place to sleep. King size bed very soft and lumpy and air conditioner blows directly on one of the people sleeping in the bed.

As for the unit, we enjoyed the neutral decor, nice updates. Kitchen set up was good. The only thing that wasn't so good for us, and this is personal preference, the couch and bed were soft, you sink into. The bed did offer some support underneath the soft. Again, personal preference.

We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for 33 years, and have always used VTHHI. We have always received great service from their staff and we plan to return for year 34. Our unit was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable.

The unit appears to have been recently updated . The view was great . We were disappointed to find there was no washer . It was not mentioned but I saw a communal laundry room as we were checking out .. I would offer to update to a keyless entry with an auto lock It is doubtful o will stay again due to laundry .

Nice, quiet oceanfront condo. Small but modern and clean with everything you need. Would recommend for 2 adults and small child. Would be tight quarters for more. Excellent location.
