No parties. Quiet hours are 10AM - 10PM.

Parking:
Private parking garage is located across the street via sky bridge. Parking pass will be issued at front desk after check-in.

Watercraft, trailers, campers, and oversize vehicles are not allowed in parking garage or on premises.
No vehicle exceeding 7’2” in height is allowed in parking garage.
For the safety of all: pickups with extended beds, extended cabs, dual wheels, and equipment with tow bars
and rear luggage carriers are to park in the north side rear of the garage.
All trailers must be approved by the H.O.A. prior to parking in the garage.
Roof luggage carriers and ladder carriers must be removed before entering the garage.

Guest access
All guests must pre-register with the HOA at least 24 hours in advance. $35+tax. Late registration, less than 24 hours before check in, will have a $10 fee.

This will give you parking passes and wristbands for resort access. Wristbands must be worn at all times on property!

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
