Beachfront Upgraded with spectacular views.

Loved the location of this property. We spent almost two weeks here around thanksgiving and had a blast! One of our favorite parts was being able to use the beach wagon/chairs/sand castle kit to walk down to the beach everyday. Plus, nothing beats those Marco sunsets

We have never been to Marco Island, and this place did not disappoint! We believe we have found our new vacation spot! We kayaked in the Keys, took a shelling tour out to the islands, walked the beaches and enjoyed the serene surroundings! We thoroughly enjoyed the condo - the comfort and the views! we have NO complaints! The pictures are exactly as the condo is in person. The bed was super comfortable and we slept well! The views of the beach were farther away than we expected, but we were still able to see dolphins in the evenings! Definitely would stay here again!

We love coming to Marco Island for our family vacations and South Seas Club is our absolute favorite location to land on the island. This property is beautiful, the unit is modern and well-maintained, and the property manager, Ellen and the team at Gulfshore Rentals go above and beyond with any inquiries you might have. We have stayed here several times (including thanksgiving 2020!) and made some of our best family memories while there. Highly recommend!

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of beach chairs, beach carts, and umbrellas- check the closets in the condo and the owners locker by the elevator. Kitchen had all that was needed including spices, cleaning supplies, foil/baggies, and utensils. Beds were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Beach is a bit of a hike but well worth it! Much easier to cross the tower 3 parking lot towards tower 2 and use the entrance/private path by the bicycle rack (yes there is a gate near the beach that you will need your key for)- but it is much faster than going out to the beach by the pool. Pool was great as well! Wish we had known when we first arrived that there is a room of luggage carts directly across from the check in desk in the building lobby. We arrived at 4:15 and the guard at the property gate told us the desk was already closed and gave us a temporary parking pass so we never saw the cart room until the next day. Laundry, garbage, and recycling were easy to use. We left the 2 laundry cards in the front of the arrival notebook so they can be easily found (was buried in the back of the junk drawer). The garage parking was easily accessible and helped keep the car cool. 5th floor location was perfect and elevators were not an issue. Would highly recommend this unit and hope to return!

Neat and clean condo with great view of beach in Marco. Great location for beach walking and accessing local restaurants. Cannot beat a South Seas waterfront condo.

The property had a terrific view, a full spice cabinet for cooking and even some money on the laundry card. We were delighted with our week and hope to return!!

Very nice condo in a nice location. Only negative was distance to the beach . One of the widest beaches I have ever seen.

We needed to register 2 vehicles at $100.00 each for parking which was not disclosed in our rental contract. The bedroom with twin beds had urine stains on the bed covers and we emailed the owner with no response the whole week! Our air conditioner was not working and the South Seas condo management did respond and fix this the next morning. Beautiful remodeled unit but lots of keys and gates to slow down your vacation.
