BEACHFRONT UNIT!! COMFORTABLY SLEEPS 8!

Amazing experience. Rooms were nice. Balcony was amazing. Loved it! Would definitely recommend!

The location was great, the rooms were clean, but anywhere a dollar could be saved, they definitely did it. The air couldn’t be put down lower than 72, the trash bags would rip with any weight, and the living room furniture was very outdated and uncomfortable and their beach access was NOT handicap accessible. Overall good stay really close to ocean but definitely needs some updates.

Check in was super easy! Our family of 7 had plenty of room. Walk to beach was easy. We will be back.

The TV in the master BR did not work the box was broke. The ceiling fan in the LR was also broken. The lightening in the entire condo was terrible and we could not even play any board or card games with our kids. We only have three lamps. There was also no light on the balcony. The location and elevators were great. We called and spoke with the property manager which brought a new coffee pot although did not take the old one and he was like yeah we will have to get a new box for the TV and the ceiling fan is broke and will not be fixed till the 10th. I just think the communication was poor. We go with our families and with no lightening we could not even enjoy our evenings.

We booked this condo on a last minute trip for fall break. Upon arrival the Air Conditioning wasn't cooling, the hot water came out of the faucets milky, the couch was worn out not only for sitting but the pull out was broken. We still got it out to sleep on but it was a task to get it out and in nightly. The property management was responsive, but the condo definitely needs some attention and updating to make it nice. Emerald Beach is a fantastic condo location, and we stay here often, just this unit was not really that great.

The place was clean and very nice! We absolutely loved the amenities and all the stuff to do with the kids. The condo was spacious and had great decor. We would stay at this place again!! Thank you for such an amazing place to stay and make memories with the family!!

We stayed a week nice view, close to elevator, overall Nice place, but needs a few minor repairs before things get to costly. And cleaning crew needs to do better job in the master bath there was blood splatter over wall by toilet, looks like someone had a nose bleed and blew it on wall.

Will not stay here again. The floors was dirty. You had to wear shoes or socks, to keep your feet clean. There was roaches everywhere. Kids would not eat there for fear of a roach getting in there food. I should not had to paid a cleaning deposit for a dirty condo. Over price need to fix patio door where it can open better.

This property was full of roaches we couldn't use the kitchen at all cause it was nasty and had roaches that lived in the dish washer will never stay at this property again

We get there, walk in and there is a cockroach running across from the bunks. We ended up killing more than 10 the week we stayed. We didnt notify anyone about this because we didnt want them to spray while we were staying. There were no overhead lights in the dining room , living room or small bedroom(which has no natural light coming in). Microwave door handle was broken on one side, it also sounds like it's going to explode when you run it. The furniture had dust on it, I'm not a clean freak, so for me to notice it, it had to be bad. There has been no upkeep (touch up paint, broken stuff fixed, deep clean) in a long time. I went to grab a plastic container for leftovers and there was old food left on it that had molded. Of course the door for the porch was horrible, but I was prepared for that from previous reviews. Overall it was horrible for how expensive it was. Now we know why our room was ready at 10 a.m. because they don't really Clean it. I NEVER leave reviews. I had to for this stay. Also, we didn't try to get In touch with anyone to fix anything while we were there because we were hardly in the room, we were on the ballfield 5 out of 7 days so it wasn't worth the hassle.
