Stayed Jul 5, 2025We have stayed at this property for the last 3 years. The unit is very comfortable and has everything needed to enjoy your stay. The view from the unit is beautiful. The sunsets are spectacular. I would highly recommend this unit. There were 3 adults in our party.

Stayed May 3, 2025The view was wonderful. Seawinds is a great place to stay for the view. We have stayed in other units. We were somewhat disappointed with the advertised beach equipment. The cart was broken. The owner was unaware and responsive but am not sure when the cart will be replaced. We love the beach so a little bit of a disappointment for ease to the beach. Condo was nice. Deep cleaning needed but pretty clean. Seawinds is making some updates. This was the first time that we came and both elevators were working.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025This condo has the best location on Marco Island, just steps from the beach. The balcony has a spectacular view of the beach and is the perfect vantage point for sunset. The building is a bit tired, but we were pleased to see pictures in the lobby for a planned remodelThe hosts were extremely responsive.

Stayed Nov 21, 2024We were disappointed with the property. There was a large musty smell if you closed the doors and turned on the air. The overall property had an over abundance of rules and was not very inviting. Don’t plan on cooking (even breakfast) as you have to have all your doors, front included open or the smoke detectors go off and the fire dept shows up. Will not stay here again
