I am a island travel expert & Beach Products Influencer.I have been very lucky to travel to 18 islands and visit top resorts all over Florida cities in the Caribbean,Mexico and Hawaii for the last 24 years.I have stayed at numerous condos and i highly recommend this condo 5 stars.The condo was extremely clean,beautifully decorated in classy beach decor and attractive furniture.The booking process was easy and seemless.The host owners had the best customer service i have ever had.This comes from my background of visting properties and 31 years in customer service care.The owners were very attentative to their guests needs and overall satisfaction via their stay.i wish every rental had been like this condo rental. Our family has been staying at Tops’l for years and this time was one of our best stays! The owner has been easy to communicate with and so nice! We loved the condo as soon as we walked in and saw the view of the ocean from the balcony. The condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we could need for our stay to make us feel at home. We enjoyed time in the condo, on the spacious balcony, the beach and had fun playing pickleball and putt putt. We will definitely stay here again!

We have been coming to this property for 20+ years. We loved it.

We really enjoyed this place. The proximity to the beach and local faire was exceptional. The only suggestion? Please double check things to be sure they work before renting the place out! TV in den- we never could get it to work. When you have a 2 year old it is critical to have something to keep them busy. And, the dishwasher, couldn't get it to work. Nothing we did. It just went on the fritz.

The location of this property was phenomenal. The beach was less busy than the touristy parts in Destin. The water was crystal clear during our stay. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The large balcony was a nice addition.

We loved the condo, the pools & location right on the beach! It was large and spacious for our family of 5. The view was beautiful on the large balcony. The condo had all we needed for the week. We would definitely come back!

Awesome time. First time VRBO and condo. Beautiful condo. Plenty of room. Great view of gulf & Bay. Management came and corrected a couple minor items. Awesome job in communicating through the whole process and stay. Only comment would be monitor cleaning. Various areas needed dusting and watch cleaning the shower. Wife freaked with small clusters of hair on shower walls. But overall great place and vacation.

Enjoyed our stay during fall break. The kids were excited about the bunk beds. We spent a lot of time reading on the balcony and ate breakfast and lunch out there most days. The beach items were also a hit with the kids.
