Beautifully decorated property with an amazing view and location. You have the beach literally right at the back of the building and you are across the street from Peg Leg Pete's. Fair warning though: the building has gate codes that change EVERY Monday, this was not communicated to us at check in. We were stuck outside the pedestrian gate for about 30 minutes trying to get ahold of the property management conpany until a neighbor let us in. Also when they send you list of items you will need for your stay, they mean it. In the condo were one each of travel size soap, shampoo, conditioner (in one of 2 bathrooms), about a 1/4 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods. That is it. Luckily, I came prepared.

Our week at Sans Souci was relaxing and perfect. The view of the ocean was magnificent. We saw a pair of dolphins each day and even saw a few 4' sharks swiming along the sandbar . The pelicans kept us entertained on the beach and on our balcony. The weather was beautiful with a few windy days to keep it interesting. We took advantage of the hot tub , which was a fun place to get to know fellow vacationers. vacationers. vacationedolphins

Close to restaurants and shops but just far enough away to avoid any traffic

No troubles at all. Easy check-in, easy check-out. The place was clean and everything worked. Two thumbs up!

Beds were too hard. We ended up checking out a day early and booking a hotel instead. All four of us woke up every morning with back pain from the hard mattresses. We could feel the springs in the mattress.

Beach access was great. Some things at the property were broken in the unit and on the property. Access to restaurants required a car or Uber. Only one restaurant was within walking distance. We were looking for relaxation on the beach primarily, so it worked for us.

It was exactly what we expected. Very nice.

Great location, great condo, great view. My only complaint would be the bed in the master bedroom. Mattress was VERY hard and uncomfortable! I would also mention it may be a good idea to get a curtain that goes all the way down to the ground in that bedroom. The light from the outside comes into the bedroom and is very bright.

My son recently got stationed in Pensacola. My husband, my teen daughter, and myself decided to visit him during our fall break. I knew I wanted beach front since we are from Colorado. Our place was on the top floor and it was so easy to get to the beach. Parking was easy, and it was nice to have two spots since we had two bedrooms. Our son was able to visit us. I loved sitting out on the balcony. I think the front bedroom is the master since it has the attached bathroom, but my husband and I wanted to hear and see the ocean so we took the room without the attached bath. The living room, dining area and kitchen is so spacious. We never felt on top of each other. We only stayed three nights and ran through the small package of supplies that were given to us. It was no big deal to buy more because we went to a second VRBO after leaving the beach. It was a quiet building. The unit did not have any beach chairs, but we rented from a company that was in front. Overall, the unit was pretty clean except for some utensils and the pans in the cupboards. I usually making breakfast and lunch in the unit, and so I utilize all the kitchenware. There were several pans that were pretty dirty. That could have been from the people who stayed there before. I loved that they had shopping carts for people to use to bring up their items. We were able to bring everything up in one trip. We stopped by the pool and hot tub for only a few minutes so I can't really speak to that. We would stay again!

We love this property and the location. The ease of getting in and having your own parking spot. Nothing but good to say. We will be back!

Positives: short beach, walk to your umbrella. Across debates from Tom Thumb and peg leg petes Yes Negatives: none really. I personally prefer pool in front of property with extra specialties.

The room was comfortable and clean. Steps to the beach and across the road from a good restaurant. We loved it.

Great location, beautiful view from balcony and Pensacola Beach Properties were great to deal with. However - I gave this property a 4 star rating because the living room furniture was outdated and uncomfortable, there was mildew stains on one set of sheets, the coffee pot lid was broken, there were shelves missing in the refrigerator door, there was a tip envelope for the cleaning staff (which is overkill since there is a large cleaning fee and I have to do the dishes and trash) and lastly I couldn't use my designated covered parking space. WARNING - if you own a large SUV or pickup truck...you cannot park in this spot (especially if there are any other vehicles parked beside or behind the spot). I love Sans Souci Condominiums and have stayed here several times. I will not, however, rent 704 again.
