Beachfront studio with ocean views, AC, W/D, balcony, pool, gym & beach access

Only real inconvenience was the long combination ( 10 numbers) for the door lock. You have to put the combo in to unlock the door and again to lock the door. And I had to pull the text up on my phone each time, because my memory isn't what it used to be.

Location was great for us. On the beach but off the boardwalk. Short drive to many great restaurants. Enjoyed having the beach just steps away. Also spent time on the balcony.

The propery is not in walking distance to the boardwalk but that is the location we prefer. The room was clean but a bit dated. One recommendation is for blackout blinds/curtains be installed for those who are not very early risers. We enjoyed time out on the balcony. Beach is beautiful. We also utilized the pool and tiki bar. The gym is very small. Walks on the beach are much better! Tennis court/pickle ball and cornhole are available. There's a small cafe on the property but we did not utilize it. Renting a car is a must in my opinion. We had some great dinners a short drive away. We would stay here again!

My husband and I had a great time at this beach rental for the weekend. It's the perfect size for two people. Be sure to bring your own beach stuff!

This place had absolutely everything for our little beach getaway. I took my 9 year old daughter and 12 year old son. We all had the best time!!

We took our three year old for a family vacation. This condo was the perfect size. Beautiful & clean!

We most enjoyed the view and beachfront access, along with the pool and private beach area.

The place was very nice and very well-kept and clean. However, you will need to bring most everything you want to the kitchen. It was under equipped for that. But very happy with the place. As far as Vacas goes, we’ll, I miss Coldwell Banker. They don’t give you an option to put down a deposit instead of buying the expensive insurance. Everything is hands off and done online. And the people in the Golden Sands office and the Vacasa office don’t have any authority to do anything including book a place for you or discuss the places. And their security procedure for leaving your keys in a lock box or atrocious. They literally wrote my name, my room number, and my door entry code on the front of my welcome envelope! The welcome envelopes are all in the same box where everyone can see them. A simple click of a camera and your information is compromised. To make it worse the entry code was a two number code that was sequential. Anyone can see it and it’s outside where it’s all in the rain if it’s raining. I mean the box is outside. The poor people in the office couldn’t even figure out how to change the security code when I told them that I felt like this put me at risk. I’ve always booked Golden Sands condos for at least the last 18 years. Next year I will look around for a new management company. It’s a shame because I love Golden Sands and I’ve never been disappointed with the condition of the condos for the response of the service from the downstairs staff.
