Stayed Dec 30, 2025We enjoy staying in 1201 Sterling Breeze. This was not the first time. This was not as pleasant as previous stays, for just a couple of reasons. sink in hall way is only a trickle, we reported it after checking in to maintenance, it was never repaired. Under bed in third bedroom there were two used condoms.

Stayed May 14, 2025This condo was very nice. Clean, comfortable and view was amazing.Be aware that currently the parking is 50 per vehicle (with max of 2) not per condo….even the larger condo that holds max of 11… you just get 2 max…closet available extra parking is more than 1/2 mile away. Pass has your tag number and they do check so don’t think about switching it to another vehicle. I advise getting these passes on online before you arrive. If you do it in arrival, you will be going back and forth to multiple places in the resort to get what you need to get signed in and settle. The process for this resort is ridiculous

Stayed Aug 17, 2024We have stayed at Sterling Breeze a couple of times now and both experiences overall have been good, however this particular unit we stayed in wasn't as nice as the one we stayed in last summer. Our unit was very nice but it definitely needs some updating, the door handle in the bathroom fell off, there were multiple doors/drawers to cabinets that need to be fixed or replaced as they were falling off. The toilet in the master bedroom wasn't securely anchored to the floor, so every time you sat on it, it wobbled. There were no pot holders or can opener to use and there weren't a whole lot of pans to cook with. It would also have been nice to have a crockpot and/or air fryer in the unit. The living room doesnt have nearly enough comfortable seating to accommodate a family. It also took us 3 days to get any internet in the unit, we had to use our phones hot spot to be able to use the tvs, which is definitely an inconvenience, especially for how much you pay to stay here. The pool was very nice and clean, however they played the same songs on the radio on repeat all week, which isn't a make or break deal just letting others know. Sterling breeze is a great condo, the workers are friendly and it's a great place to take kids as you have easy access to the pool, beach, shopping and food and we will definitely be back, we just wouldnt recommended this particular unit we stayed in. ed in last summer.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024My stay was very frustrating the first 3 days. Upon arrival the WIFI username and password was incorrect in documentation and was identified the previous week. My family spent several hours locating the router. There was also a toilet flipper that i repaired and the table mats were stuck to the table (not clean) The follow day a toilet seat fell off of a toilet and required maintenance. Then there was no can opner in the unit. I spent several hours with the support representative to resolve these issues. These issues are obvious and should have been resolved before my family arrival. The furniture needed updating and repaired. The deco was nice and location was convenient.
