Beachfront, Renovated condo. Great views of the gulf. WiFi and heated pool.

This condo was perfect for our family. The double suites worked well as far as being buffered by bathrooms which made it feel very private. The view was gorgeous especially at sunset which was an event every night to watch!

The owners of this unit are beyond amazing! They texted me a couple of times throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo itself was great, very high tech, and had the most beautiful view of the ocean and Tigertail Beach. You have to walk a few minutes to get to the actual beach, but this was described in the rental listing and so we expected it. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next Marco Island vacation!

The BEST ownership group, I’ve stayed with at SS Towers. The place is perfect, the 17th floor views are amazing, the condo is VERY nice. We loved it from the second we walked in, it’s just so relaxing. The layout is perfect…the bedrooms and bathroom are exactly what you need on vacation. You can tell they spared no expense with the updates. The gym and pool are a nice touch to the condo. The beach gear is everything you need 4 chairs, new tent and umbrella and a solid beach cart with air pump. Listen this place is fully updated, ownership is very helpful and the location is great. The views in the morning and at sunset will take all your stress away. Enjoy Marco Island …This is paradise!

We stayed in the condo for a week. This was probably the best experience we have ever had in terms of location and the condo itself when staying in FL. The host was super responsive, the condo was extremely clean and well stocked. Amazing views from the balcony, felt like home and we didn’t want to leave. This was not our first stay in that location but we’ll definitely be back again and hopefully book the same condo. Another plus was the heated pool and quiet and relaxing surroundings. Kudos to the host for this great experience!

The condo was as described. The beach essentials (towels, cooler, chairs, umbrella, carl) were awesome to have. Family enjoyed the beach, pool, and lots of pickleball and tennis. Great stay! Will look to return in the future!

This is our second trip to Marco and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this same unit again. The highlight of our trip was watching the most amazing sunset from the balcony each night. The owners thought of everything and were great with communication. This is a well stocked condo. We were thankful for the beach cart, beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels.

We had a wonderful stay at Jim and Amy's property! It was exactly as the pictures show and was everything we needed and more. It was SUPER clean, spacious, comfortable and loved all the updates. The kitchen was fully equipped and a good size. The views from the balconies and kitchen were beautiful. Everything you could need for the beach they provided. The beach and pool were great. We were there during a heat wave so it was extremely hot. Be mindful there is quite a walk to the beach so that was the only difficult thing walking with all of our gear (thankfully they provide an awesome beach cart!) and two young kids. Also *wear water shoes* as there are lots of broken shells near the water. Jim and Amy were excellent at communicating and everything was seamless. Overall, excellent place to stay and would definitely return!

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The view of the ocean and sunsets were fantastic. The condo itself has been recently updated and is very nicely furnished. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo is neat and clean, and updated very nicely. Added bonus to have all the necessary beach gear readily available for use. Would highly recommend.

Jim and Amy were excellent hosts who kept us well informed. The unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The view toward Tiger Tail beach was restful and faced the setting sun (month of May).
