All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet

    Location is great The building has very strict rules (nothing out of the ordinary except for the bracelets-first time aside from hotels) However we did have loud music playing until midnight one evening It was coming from the sister building Besides that no other problem I would definitely recommend for one or two people (keep in mind it’s a queen size bed) Kids would love it I was traveling with my 5yr old grandson and he had a great time The kitchen had everything you need even basic condiments (salt, pepper,sugar) The apartment comes with 2 beach chairs and a cooler The pool, kids playground, bbq area (for an extra fee) were nice. The fact it had direct access was a plus. There is a 24hr pharmacy across the street that is more of a mini grocery store with everything you would need There is a large supermarket walking distance and another a short drive away Plenty of places to eat walking distance for all budgets There is a parking spot on site In general, I felt safe and everything was as advertised. If you want a spa day, within walking distance you have two big hotels with their spas and they welcome appointments for non hotel guests. A side from security and maintenance workers did not interact with staff They were always friendly The host checked in to make sure everything was fine and made suggestions on what to do.

    My mom and I came for NYE all the way through my 40th birthday on the 9th and didn’t leave until the 12th. For that long of a stay, it was comfortable, had great view of the ocean and beach, liked how it was on 19th floor. It had most everything we needed to cook with lots of 24 hr stores nearby within walking distance. Only suggestion is that if listed as “newly remodeled” that they get a better mattress and updated couch. The mattress pad slides and the couch is very flat to where you can feel the springs on the bottom. Other than that the check in directions were clear, but finding the unit was difficult. Directions should include riding elevator to 19th floor then find unit number. Beatrice was also nice enough to let us stay an extra night when our flights got cancelled, so very good communication with host and super nice. I would stay again!
