Stayed Jul 13, 2025Beautiful condo. They need to look into a new cleaning crew. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. Especially because we pay such a hefty cleaning fee. Shower curtains were falling off, screen door was off on balcony, and stains on blankets. A good cleaning and some maintenance would make this place perfect!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the 4th floor was easy to access. elevator was quick, place was clean, felt clean too. Plenty of room for us all and never felt onto of each other. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, cookware and plates.

Stayed Jul 21, 2023The condo was beautiful, with nice furnishings, updated kitchen and baths and very comfortable beds. We recognized a few minor concerns at check in, with some sand on the rugs and a closet door off it's track, but overall the unit is clean and well stocked. The view absolutely can't be beat. The instructions for check in were thorough and clear. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jun 26, 2023Overall we were slightly satisfied with the condo but were disappointed in some of the cleanliness of the condo. The bedroom chair and footrest has obvious stains/soiling in addition the couch had a sticky substance on one of the cushions. I was also disappointed that a VRBO representative notified me on the day of check in about a broken patio window that was shattered and that there was still significant construction going on. There was constant noise throughout the day from the drills and machinery. In retrospect I would have chosen a different condo based on the conditions and notifying me 2 hours before check in about conditions is unacceptable. There should have been full disclosure prior to booking the condo.

Reviewer Comments: Wonderful views, close to the beach so you can go back and forth from beach to condo so you don’t have to pack and bring so much to the beach. They also had beach chairs available to use. We had brought our own, but a nice surprise for next time.

Stayed Apr 15, 2022Property was exactly as seen in the pictures; however, the view was BETTER than pictured. Loved the location and all of the shopping, restaurants, and activities available right on site. I am ready to head right on back!
