Cute 1 bedroom/1 bath condo overlooking the pool & the beach! 2 beach loungers/1 umbrella provided on the beach 3/15-10/31. Gorgeous beach & gulf views from your living room & balcony. Brand new kitchen w/ blue shaker cabinets, granite counters, & stainless steel appliances. Stunning sunsets! Unique coastal decor throughout plus 50 inch flat screen tvs.Walk to Pier Park, Top Golf, & Sharkys. Shuckums Oyster Bar is across the street. We are a 5 minute drive to Frank Brown Park (9 softball fields, tennis, basketball, fishing, dog park, aquatic center, etc). Beautiful pool, hot tub, wash station w/ shower, grills (3), & patio with picnic tables. Plenty of parking out front. There is a small grass area on the property for dogs. Laundry is onsite in shared laundry area on 3rd floor. Unit is privately owned & managed. It is located within The Ambassador Condos. Well behaved dogs (under 70 lbs approx) are allowed with prior approval. Please be sure to check the dog box on VRBO for dog fee.
