The location is beautiful! The property is stunning! The hosts made check in and check out easy. One of the best stays we ever had!

Beautiful condo. No complaints except minimal parking and excess fees for parking in close proximity. Owner was extremely accessible and willing to negotiate check out time.

If you are looking for a great beach vacation, look no further. This condo is amazing. We had 8 adults and the 4 bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. There is plenty of space so you do not feel like you are on top of each other.The views from the decks are one of the many bonuses of this condo. The condos kitchen is equipped with everything you will need. This place is close to stores and restaurants, making it a ideal location. Amazing birthday week in a gorgeous and spacious condo with friends .. I couldn’t have wished for anything else!! Pictures do not compare with what we experienced here at Oceania.. the owners are top notch and are so very helpful in making arrangements for your trip! Our family of 20 was so impressed with the beautiful Beachfront Penthouse in Gulf Shores! It was stunning and spacious! The rooms were tastefully decorated and the beds were comfy! Our hosts were thoughtful and helpful offering wonderful suggestions for nearby restaurants and places to visit. They made our stay feel effortless from check-in to check-out! We loved the stunning views from each balcony during morning coffee and nightly sunset viewing! We hope to return soon!!

Oceania 11 did not disappoint as our family’s home away from home for the week!! The home was beautiful, spacious, and clean!! It was so welcoming to come into the brightly lit and beautifully decorated space after a long drive! Music was playing and a welcoming tray of delicious cookies were on the bar waiting for us! Each room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It suited our family of 20 perfectly! The views were spectacular from every balcony!! We spent mornings and evenings enjoying the sounds of the ocean and the spectacular views on all sides! Jim and Andrea were great with communication and so helpful with recommendations and feedback about places to eat and things to do and see! They made it an easy trip for sure! We will be back!

We enjoyed it but the checkout time was too early for us because we were so tired and get up early is the problem for everybody, if we can extend 1-2 hours more will be excellent and the parking space only 2 spots for the group of 20 is not enough, I can understand your not enough space but at least 3 spots, I’m not asking more than that, we try to extend extra night but then we have to pay for 4 vehicles spots plus 1 more night is over whelming, well we did enjoyed but it’s not a 100% satisfied that’s why I only gave 4 stars thanks

Oceania 11 is such a lovely and comfortable condo. We so enjoyed the wonderful views. The pelican viewing was amazing! Very spacious -- perfect for a large group. The hosts provided some nice Welcome amenities, and great local info was available for us upon arrival. Clear instructions provided for simple arrival and departure. Thank you Nate and Andrea for a lovely stay!

Our stay at Oceania Resort was amazing! We had everything we needed the minute we arrived. Communication was great, reapinded to all my emails promptly and stayed in touch while we were there. The place was perfect!!
