I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented various condos at South Seas for the past 10 years. We applaud that all four towers are well kept in the first class manner. Here are our comments about the condo: the living room couches are worn and need replacement. Same for the linens in the master bedroom. It would have been nice if they had beach chairs and umbrella for use! The place was cleaned and the view was stunning! Note, the condo is next to one of the elevator shafts and you can hear the movement of the elevator! Elevator company (Kone) needs to replace worn bearings.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were a few challenges during our time there. When we arrived the unit smelled of cigarette smoke in the main living area / kitchen and of marijuana in the master bedroom bathroom. The building had something going on with needing the shut off the water and also the fire alarm went off at 6am one morning in the entire building. The walk to the beach is very long and surprising based on the building being oceanfront. We are an active family and took 15ish minutes to walk to the water. The pros- the view of the sunset was beautiful.

Stayed Dec 21, 2024Relaxing, convenient and so worth it. Comfy beds, plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Love the fact that all the beach chairs, umbrella, toys and cooler are there is so appreciative.

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful apartment, with all the amenities you need for a wonderful vacation. The views were incredible. Furniture’s was a little worn but that won’t stop us from going back. Parking is $100 extra .

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We passed a marvelous week at the SeaTower3 Apt 1908. The view is spectacular an the Kitchen,beds etc was nice and clean. We had many apéro‘s while watching the beautiful sunset. What a beach at Marco!
