The condo is in an excellent area with plenty of beach for everyone. Walkable neighborhood and nearby shops.

This property has everything you need for a peaceful beach vacation! The owner is kind enough to provide a pair of beach chairs and an umbrella, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook/eat a meal. Everything was just as it looked in the photos, and the unit was incredibly clean. The owners were easy to contact and responded quickly, and they also provided easy-to-follow information about the condo complex and check-in process. My family loved the property and found the beach to be the quietest and most relaxing one we have ever visited. We enjoyed evening walks down to the lake inlet and searching for shells. Don’t miss out on this quiet retreat! I’ll definitely book here again when we come back to the area!

Property owners were super helpful and more than made up for some minor inconveniences that were out of their control. Location is great and super close to the beach. Will stay there again!

We had such a great stay at Sara’s condo. It was right on the water, easy access to beach, pool and the gated Carillon community coffee shop gift shop and eateries. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, nice furniture and linens. My favorite part was how Sara and guests kept the kitchen equipped with spices, cooking spray, foil, etc. We felt right at home. Sara is an excellent communicator and was only a quick text away if I had any questions. We’d love to come back again!

We loved the condo. It is super cute and comfortable. We feel like Pinnacle Port and Carillon are such hidden gems!

Such a wonderful stay! Everything was as described in listing. Loved having a balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets and another to watch the waves! Also enjoyed paddle boarding on the Lake when the Gulf was too rough!

Absolutely loved our stay. The place had everything we needed and the blackout curtains were perfect for my 2 year old to take a nap. Would love to stay again one day!

This was our first time to Carillon and we loved the area! Really neat having the lake behind the condos and the inlet has a ton of wildlife. Sara could not be a better host! We will be back!

The location was perfect! Easy beach and pool access. The condo was super clean and the owner was very communicative and accommodating. The view from each balcony was beautiful! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Communication with Sara from the get go was always quick and very helpful. We absolutely agree with comments from previous guests. This condo was super clean, and was very tastefully updated and decorated. The condo had everything you could possibly need for your stay, from linens and towels to just about everything you would need in the kitchen, laundry, etc! The owners are very detailed and organized with every item, including binder with all the area restaurants, which was so refreshing. The building itself was also very clean, and access to pools and beach was easy. Rained a good bit on our last day, which was a bummer, but we had beautiful weather everyday before that. We will absolutely be renting with Sara again for our future 30A vacations!
