Great location in Daytona Beach Shores near Restaurants, Shopping , Daytona Speedway and Airport!
As of November 10, 2023 -- Good News-- our Property Restoration Construction is almost finished! We have started opening up our pools and spas this month- November 2023, and our Clubrooms, Library/Conference Room, and Fitness rooms are already open! The Association is still on target to complete construction before December 31, 2023! Please inquire with us as to the status!
Although we have beautiful beach views from our East Balcony and amazing sunset and river views from our West Balcony where you can sit, relax and enjoy, please know our property does not have direct access from our property to the beach as of November 10, 2023- but will be opening up our Beach Stairs and Beach Ramp in December 2023!
TO GO TO BEACH FROM OUR PROPERTY:
The public Beach access is just North of us 2 buildings up (Fornari Park), approximately an easy 400ft walk on the sidewalk, or another easy route to the Dunlawton bridge, South of us. The Beach is open during daylight hours, and vehicles are allowed to drive on the Beach-- its wonderful!
Our current property amenities available include the Fitness Rooms, Library/Conference room, Clubrooms, Atrium Pool view and Pool table areas- 1st floor Lobby area.
There is still some construction on the East /Beach side of our property, as well as our neighbor Condo properties - very interesting to watch, but please know there may be some construction noise during daylight hours. Regardless -- the BEACH IS OPEN!!
PEAK SEASON - MONTHLY RENTAL ONLY:
Please be informed that the months of JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH and APRIL are "monthly" rentals only, beginning on the 1st day of each month, and ending on the last day of the month (i.e. 31st, 28th). We do not accept reservations for partial month-- only reservations for the entire month will be approved-- WE WILL CANCEL THE RESERVATION IF BOOKED FOR LESS THAN THE MONTH. Thank you.
Association Required - 2 Week Minimum Rental ONLY:
Aside of our "peak season" monthly rental months (January- April), the other calendar months (May - December) require a minimum of 2 weeks rental term, as required by our Condominium Association.
All Guests are required to complete and sign an Application, Rental Agreement, and Condo Association Rules & Policies form within 15 days from booking date/reservation payment, in order to confirm final reservation. Security Deposit is required.
NOTE: It is recommended that Guests pay by "e-Check" or "ACH" transfer as offered through VRBO without any additional fees. Payments made by Credit Card will incur an additional 3 % credit card fee on the total reservation/booking amount, which will be electronically billed separately by Owner and due on demand. Additional Credit Card fee must be paid prior to arrival date, or such amount will automatically be deducted from Security Deposit without notice.
UTILITIES: All basic utilities and Internet included; Additional utility surcharge applies to Lease Terms longer than 25 days and due upon demand or may be deducted from Security Deposit without notice; Tenant responsible to pay Electric charges above $100.00 per every 28 days, or portion thereof (FPL Electric company).
Condo has 1 designated parking place inside upper level garage; additional parking outside on a first come available basis for 1 more vehicle only. There is NO guarantee of a 2nd outside parking space.
PET POLICY: We do not allow any pets/animals to reside or visit inside this unit at any time. Lease agreement will reflect a nonrefundable fee and forfeiture of security deposit if breached at any time.
NO smoking or vaping allowed inside or outside on premises, including all balconies. Additional fee of $1,000.00 will automatically apply and due and payable upon demand.
Guest and all tenant guests agree to adhere to Condo Association Rules, Policies and Notices; Noncompliance by Tenant will be subject to additional fees imposed by Owner, as stated in Rental Agreement, and due on demand or may be deducted from Security Deposit without notice.
Lease Term agreement will allow up to a maximum of four (4) persons to reside and occupy unit - 2 persons per bedroom; All persons residing in unit must be listed in the Lease Agreement, with at least one adult over the age of 30 years.
Check in Time is at 4:00pm EST or later on beginning lease date, and Check out time is at 10:00am EST or earlier on ending lease date; Additional fees apply for late check out time beyond 10:00am EST, and may be deducted from Security Deposit without notice.
The overall renting went well without incident
When the owner met us and gave us our initial tour of the property, I knew immediately that we would enjoy our vacation. The condo was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. Since we do cook on vacation it is unusual to have such a complete well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the morning sunrise on the deck and there is an area on the west side of the condo for viewing beautiful sunsets.You are only an elevator ride down to the pool area and beach. Robin called to see if we needed anything and we could not think of a thing. We highly recommend this property.
We enjoyed everything about our stay. Robin and her husband met us upon arrival and showed us the condo. After that, we would only see her around the complex occasionally, but she was available if needed. The condo was very clean and comfortable and the views were amazing. The complex, pools and beach were never crowded which was so nice. The condo had all you could need for a two week stay, to include shampoos/soaps, paper goods, chairs, etc. Great location, no crowds, beautiful and comfortable condo, gorgeous views and an amazing beach were the highlights of our stay. We will definitely stay here again and/or recommend this condo to friends.
It was clean, well stocked with everything you need and Robin is the best. We’ve been renting condos at the beach for the past 20 years and this was one our best experiences ever.
