Large wrap around balcony with great views of the gulf sunrises & sunsets. Beautiful penthouse condo well appointed, super clean and comfortable. Great beach access and we used the golf kart to go out to dinner and shop. Definitely going to come back and stay again.

This condo checks all the boxes! The views are spectacular from both inside and the balcony where you can see from the East all the way to the West and over to the bay. I particularly loved being able to watch the sunset over the ocean while showering! Some reviews mention the master bedroom being warm, but the ocean views make up for this! Closing the drapery and shades during the day helps combat the heat. The condo is beautifully decorated and accommodated all our needs. If you’re picky about your bed pillows, I recommend bringing your own. Aside from that, our vacation was perfect and we look forward to returning next year!

When we finally got a code, the condo owner and her family were inside, said our check-in was not for another day? Not sure why staff was updating me on cleaning when the condo was occupied. We waited for about 3 hours in the hall for them to vacate and the cleaning crew to come. GOLF CART needed service and staff told me it would be returned by end of day. Turns out it wasn’t even picked up for four days and we were without it until Thursday afternoon. I couldn’t rent one or borrow one due to policies. The lack of the golf cart was a huge disappointment. Top it all off with intermittent elevator failures.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. The view was stunning and the bedroom setup was perfect for us (grandparents), our daughter and her husband and their kids. The only issue we had was the carpet in the middle bedroom was wet when we arrived. It appears to have been cleaned, but had not dried out. We had to put a towel down, otherwise your feet/socks would get wet entering or exiting the bedroom.

We had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying the beautiful ocean views after the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. It was a great way to ease into the new year!

Great access to the beach and pool with amazing views from our wrap around deck. The only small disappointment was the management company and some ants in the unit. The rental company reached out a day into our visit to see how everything was going and if we needed anything. I simply let them know we had an ant problem in the kitchen, which they took care within an hour or so, and asked if they provided more than two kitchen garbage bags. While they took care of the ants, they called back to let us know they wouldn’t be providing any more garbage bags. This is absolutely not a big deal just found it funny that they asked if there was anything they could do to improve our stay and I said, yeah, we could use a couple more garbage bags. They replied, we won’t be doing that. I was like why even ask the question if you can’t muster up the $1 to provide a couple more garbage bags when we spent over 4K on the unit for 6 days. Just found this interesting and not a great display of good customer service.
