Stayed May 29, 2023A very nice beachfront property. Well kept sbd with good amenities. Great ocean view. The building is old, but we’ll kept too. Great big pools with a bar & restaurant. The property owner was very friendly.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great property by the beach. Very conveniently located near supermarkets, shopping and tourist attractions. The apartment is very well kept. The kitchen is fully equipped. The view from the balcony was espectacular. The building is old, but well maintained. The pool and service was great. Plenty of parking too. P/S to anyone resting this property please ask questions about the A/C unit I almost got charged for something I didn’t not break or was not in the contract. Other than that everything was great The owner / host was very friendly and always answered questions very quickly

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The unit was clean, well equipped, and with a beautiful view over the swimming pool to the beach beyond (fifth floor was just about perfect). Parking was plentiful, the beach was not crowded, and the beach lounges and umbrella were reserved for the whole stay instead of having to reserve it daily. The owner was fantastic to work with. The beds let us sleep so good! The parking lot is gated and guarded. This place is a good deal.
