Beachfront One Bedroom Sleeps Six

We loved the location and the view, plus the condo itself was very nice. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Only thing was having to pay $55 for parking pass, that was too much in my opinion. Overall, a great experience!!

Very nice property! Would definitely stay here again! Clean and spacious! Owner was very easy to communicate with. Loved being able to watch the boats come in/out! View was awesome!

It was an absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean , the sunrise and the moon. It is very well stocked with the essentials. Very comfortable bed. we would definitely book here again

My children had a game at Bayside so we decided on a condo to make it a beach weekend. Very nice condo with plenty of room, kitchen utensils, dishes, and cookware. Very clean and great access to extra activities. Beautiful view with a place for tanning on the balcony. Will definitely be booking this location again in the future.

The condo is huge! More than enough room for two people. We had some trouble figuring out the television in the living room so glad we had our Roku. The view is absolutely amazing and we did see a pirate ship on several occasions.

WE came into town to close out a property we had sold. It was the first time in 25 years we had to pay for a place to stay. It was conveniently located and the communication between us and the property owner was great!

Beautiful views of the gulf! The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed for a great stay. The building staff was very friendly. We would definitely come back.

Condo was a 1 br, with couch bed and a bunk bed stationed in the living room. Unit was tidy and clean, shower was nice and hot! Loved watching the fishing boats come and go. The beach chair guy was very friendly and helpful. We ate at The Gulf, Cosmos, and Brick and spoon during our stay. Mostly had breakfast in the condo and lunch on the beach. If available we would stay here again!

Condo was very clean. Wish the splash pad for the kids was working, but it was turned off.

We rent this place every year and it never disappoints.

My wife and I spent a short weekend here. Staying on the 14th floor was nice and provided great views. The neighbors we ran into were super nice. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you’d want to cook meals. Several beach chairs were available. Would recommend staying here in the future. Would be great for a small family or just a couple.

This condo had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable the kitchen was really well stocked for making meals and the view was amazing!! I had my coffee on the balcony every morning with the dolphins! The weather was chilly so it was nice to have the whirlpool and indoor heated pool to warm up. We would definitely rent again.

Our family had a great time and we will be back.

We have traveled to Orange Beach 3 years in a row. This condo was fantastic. Close to so many things. Gorgeous view. Very Clean. The price for the week was great. Contacted the property owner when we first arrived with a question and she promptly answered our question. We will definitely be staying here again.

Loved the condo, & watching the boat coming thru the pass all day...Beach was beautiful...it would be nice to have a nice clock above the tv so it would be easier to know the time....one complaint the kitchen could use a deep cleaning top of refrigerator had a thick layer of dust and.the microvave had a layer of greasy dust on the top..kitchen was clean but needed a little more attention....loved our stay and will return

The view, the location, the amenities - everything was perfection! I enjoyed my relaxing stay with easy access to both the pools and the beach. The balcony is great too, if you just don't want to trek downstairs! Mickey was super responsive upon check-in, and I didn't need a thing after that. The location is just minutes from Publix and walking distance to The Gulf restaurant. So close to everything - and watching the pirate ship come in and out of the pass was a highlight of every day. :) Two notes - 1) pull into the parking lot at the Phoenix East building next door. I got stuck trying to get into the owner's gate, and it was a bit tricky getting back out! 2) For now, the TV doesn't appear to be a smart TV. I took my own personal Roku device that worked out perfectly, but I just wanted to note for anyone else who may want to sign into any TV apps while there. Thanks again for an amazing vacation - would 10/10 recommend and book again!
