STR GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Parking. Vehicles shall be parked in garage, driveway, and on-site designated parking
spaces whenever possible. Please avoid parking on street if on-site parking is available. No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent properties.
2. Occupancy. The maximum number of occupants shall be two adults per bedroom plus two people per unit (including children).
3. Daytime Guests. The maximum number of daytime guests allowed in a STR unit shall be 10 guests, regardless of bedroom count. Daytime guests are allowed between 7am and 10pm.
4. Noise. Any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noises as defined in Section 38.17 of the Oceanside City Code shall be prohibited between the hours of 10pm and 10am.

    It was filthy, it was in poor condition and was NOT the oceanfront Luxury Condo it was advertised to be. We were moved from original unit because it was uninhabitable. The second unit was not much better. Evolve , the company that manages these units refunded our cleaning deposit but that is all. Instead of celebrating life after a tough year with cancer we had to clean a condo and make do with terrible conditions. The management company was of little help. These units should never have been rented out and I now see they have been removed from VRBO. Try to eat a steak?? Rusty knives. We had to replace frying pans because the ones there were destroyed by previous guests. We had to clean under the sink because it was full of garbage. We couldn't sit out on the balcony because the chairs were unsafe. Shower had black mold on the floors and mildewed shower curtain. Getting into the utility closet for supplies required a knife to pry open the door because the door handle was off. The list goes on and on. Coffee maker didn't work. No dishwasher soap....and so on.

    There were 4of us and we had the best time. The view was amazing and the sounds of the ocean was amazing from all rooms in the condo! The condo was everything that was described. You could not have gotten a better location. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Everything we needed and wanted was close by.

    Great location. Great view! Needs screen door, cheap polyester sheets, needs new mattresses, could use. 2nd fan, the portable a/c was a life saver, toilet flush handle was broke manager tried to repair but was unable. She was quick to respond. Great grounds.

    So the complex is a little dated, and the room wasn’t sparkling new… we wanted to relax and unwind, and this was the perfect spot and condo to meet the need. Randi was incredibly easy to reach and ensured we had easy access and helped with extra parking for our second car; the kitchen was well stocked with sundry items including coffee for the keureg. Didn’t hurt that the weather was perfect and easy sleeping with the cool air and sound of waves breaking … queue up Jimmy Buffet and put your toes in the sand… we’ll definitely be back!

    This is an end unit with direct unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. There is also an exit to the beach in the closest stairwell to the unit. My family (3 kids) loved the easy access to the beach and the pool. I would definitely stay here again!

    Wonderful owner who was immediately responsive. Amazing location where you are literally right on the beach and can even watch surfers from the shower. Unit was very well appointed and very comfortable. Only info really is more for the area, not the unit itself or the owner. It's in a large complex, so the pool and area is usually a little crowded. Nothing too bad, but if you are looking for total peace and quiet, this isn't the best option. This is an area where very few places have AC, so you need to make sure you are comfortable sleeping with windows open and very loud ocean. We were new to the pacific ocean, and it's about 20 times more intense than being in florida on the gulf. Not a complaint or anything negative, just interesting fact.
