Beachfront, Ocean View, Polo Beach Wailea/Makena #302

Great property, outstanding location! Owner was very helpful and communicative; unit has a great view of pool, beach and sunsets! Although we found parking at property, it can be a real challenge (very few spots, and very tight) so suggest you get a small car. Also acknowledge that parking can be a challenge all over Wailea. Overall, highly recommend this place!

We have stayed in many Polo Beach units over the past 12 years, this is one of the more outdated units. The master bedroom tv never worked, same with the wifi. Not enough towels for a 2-bedroom unit. We paid higher holiday pricing and the unit was not well stocked or cleaned. Will not be using this unit again.

We had a great time here. Awesome beach access. The location is right by other big resorts so almost feels like you’re in a big suite at a resort. All the amenities you could want as well!

The location of the complex on the beach and the condo itself were perfect. Very sad to be leaving Complex very maintained and gated with evening security. Condo was fully appointed and immaculate

We totally loved this place. The condo was beautiful, the location was great. Right on the ocean with a fantastic view of the sunset. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend.

TERRIFIC LOCATION on the property!

The property could not have been more perfect for our family of 4. Located on the beach and fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, noodles, etc. The kitchen is also fully stocked making breakfast easy to make saving money on eating out every meal. The ability to do laundry is also a huge positive when taking an extended beach vacation. Communication was excellent.

Great access to the beach!

The beach. This beach is one of the best beaches I’ve seen in my life. It’s somewhat private - there is public parking but never more than a few people down there, wasn’t crowded ever in mid-February when we visited. Perfect sandy beach with rock on the edges for snorkeling interest. Calm all morning with a gentler waves in the afternoon, a bit too gentle for my teenagers in the mood to boogie, but perfect for swimming or hanging out in a tube. Turtles came right up to us once, and you could hear whalesong underwater, with humpbacks nearly constantly passing by. The unit was quite nice. Cannot beat the ocean views. There is a step down between the entrance and the living area that always had me worried we would fall - we didn’t, but everyone got tired of mom saying “watch the step!!!”. The beach right out front has a somewhat steep ramp down ending in a sudden step my son did not see; he hurt his ankle there. Did not enjoy that ramp that really should just be a short flight of stairs. Would be tough to navigate with limited mobility. We had to buzz the management when a gate code changed; they were available that minute and had it to us in just a moment. Super easy to work with. Kitchen was adequate for casual meals, like Mac and cheese for kids. Location just cannot be beat. This beach is amazing. The pool is great. The hot tub is actually hot. The property was quiet and private. Great place for a family.
