Stayed Jan 30, 2025Wasn't really told how Check-in process would be be done, but went ok when we arrived. Unit was clean but Bedding was musty and outdated. Beach chairs were old and stained as well as Beach Towels( Many looked like old Marriott beach Towels. Inside towels also were not the best ( Need to implement Daily towel exchange because of time consumption and of trying to wash and dry and dryer did not work to well) Small hot water heater was not enough to have four people shower in a row and also do a wash.. Also only left a tiny bar a soap for each bathroom to last for a week and not enough toilet paper. Prestige should step up their game. Maint guy (Ken) was good. Only second time used VRBO Last year at Divi Condo's (which had daily towel exchange ) worked out better

Stayed Aug 17, 2022Upon first glance, the apartment seemed lovely. I immediately noticed that the walls were dirty and needed some refreshing but the overall size and separate bedrooms and multiple beds distracted me from the negatives, initially. So…. The GOOD: the air conditioning in the unit was AMAZING! ( until the last day where there was a country wide power outage in the middle of the night, which apparently has become more frequent) The water pressure and water temp, amazing and consistent. Room for everyone with 4 total beds . Master with a king . The bed frames seem to have been updated. Pin pad entry; no key to lose! Running path just outside the gate of the hotel. Lots of beach towels. Now the bad: the patio area is long but very very narrow. It was tight and a bit uncomfortable to just hang. No dining area, just kitchen bar and stools Only 1 enormous cooler which was not practical and the top would not stay on. No beach umbrella provided ( and no palapas available in the beach in front of the condo unless you wake super early) Beach chairs provided but some had mold on them and in the attached cooler bags. Memory foam on King Bed works for some but it took a toll on my back. I woke up sore everyday, despite the mattress being new. Window in second bedroom goes to the hallway, where there is bright light shining in all night. The tv wasn’t working properly. Had to have repairman come 2x… still not fixed. Was supposed to have 2x laundry detergent and softener per the guide and only 1 packet was provided which was not right for the machine, caused a suds lock and I had to go buy Tide and re-do the load. Dishwasher was stuck in “clean” and needed service. Another pain. No toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, etc No coffee, sugar or condiments. No cleaning products. I like to clean the counters and stove and couldn’t do it properly. And yes, we have had all that in almost all condos and hotels we have ever stayed in. The ugly: sheets and mattress protector were stained. Gross. Concierge brought brand new sheets. I had to wash and remake bed. No extra sheets in the apartment. 2 blankets in the apartment … mismatched and stained. Bed covers needed to be used as blankets. Vanities in bathroom falling apart, caulking coming off and mold around sink. Pans were old and greasy ; one had old stuck on food. Concierge bought new one. Cleaning person obviously never did a deep clean and doesn’t care about dust and pee.

Stayed Feb 10, 2020Great value, pretty much right on the beach, close to food store, pools are nice, property in good shape, looks better than most places, not in a busy area which is also nice, 15 min or so from airport, best to have a rental car to get around...place could have been a little cleaner plus it was slightly musty smelling and we had to run/empty a dehumidifier all week

Stayed Jun 25, 2019Family of 4 - two adults and two teenagers. Loved our stay! Beautiful property located across the street from the Eagle beach. We woke up every day around 8 AM, had coffee on the balcony, took Tommy Bahamas chairs and a cooler (provided) with beverages and snacks and headed to the public beach across the street - about 3 minute walk. Public beach had free palapas - always available. There was some road construction at the time of our stay (no noise and no inconvenience) but I think that reduced the number of people on the beach. In the afternoon, we would hang out by any of the three wonderful clean pools with shady spots always available. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished, TV in the living room and both bedrooms. Good quality linens, towels and beach towels. 10 beach towels were provided for 4 people. SuperFoods is a short drive or a longer walk away - we bought breakfast items, drinks and snacks and went out for dinner every day to a variety of restaurants available on the island. I would recommend renting a car otherwise, a taxi would take you everywhere on the island. Special Thank you for property manager on duty - I called once because I could not find the knives in the kitchen - she stopped by the apartment within 5 minutes and helped me find them. Everything was perfect. We loved Aruba, this property and the beach. We will definitely be back.

Stayed Apr 15, 2019We stayed at Oceania Resort in P216 from April 15-April 23rd. I have to say that it was an excellent vacation all around and this unit was one of the reasons. The unit itself was clean and exactly as described/pictured. It was spacious and comfortable! We had a little bit of an ocean view, but we knew that going in. Being on the second floor allowed us to catch cooling ocean breezes and nice sunsets. We also loved the short walk to the beach (which was 3 minutes away). The unit was stocked with linens, beach towels and kitchenware. Although the kitchen was not very big, it was perfect for cooking breakfast and lunch, so that we only had to go out for dinner. One thing to note is that there isn't a dining table/dining chairs in the unit. I only noticed that on day 2, and then checked the site and realized it's not in the description or pictures either. That being said, there are stools around the countertop which worked well for our family- and it even encouraged us to go sit outside for breakfast. Having a washer & dryer also allowed us to pack light and return home without any dirty laundry to do. The resort itself was great- 3 massive pools, two workout rooms, and even restrooms close to the pools and beach. There was also a kids playroom, but since our kids are older, we didn't use them. The grounds were immaculate and we often saw people working on the landscaping, cleaning the pools, and ensuring that the grounds were always in order. It also felt extremely safe. My girls enjoyed finding iguanas as well as watching the two cats (mother and kitten) that hang around the resort. The beach is outside the gates- and across a roadway which tends to be a little busy- however, drivers in Aruba are very respectful of pedestrians on the crosswalks. The beach itself- which is part of Eagle Beach was wonderful. Although finding an open palapa was difficult, honestly, that didn't seem to matter much because we spent 90% of our beach time in the water. The ocean there is clean, clear, warm and calm- just like a postcard. I have to say everyone Prestige was great Sharon in particular was wonderful. She arranged for a taxi (at a much cheaper rate that other airport transfer services I saw online), She welcomed us when we arrived, and provided full instructions/details and also arranged our activities. Pierre, our taxi driver was great- we contacted him directly if we needed a taxi, and if he wasn't available, he sent someone else. Overall great stay!

Stayed Mar 12, 2019We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Well maintained and fully equipped. Close to the beach with a good view of the sunsets. Pools (4) were well maintained and comfortable. Good restaurants all within walking distance and grocery store close by (easy to walk to but will need transportation back if you buy more than a couple of items). Bus stops out front as well to go either up or down the coast.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved this place! The location to the beach was great and we were right by the pool. It’s just a very short trip to the restaurants and shopping areas in Palm Beach. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful. Overall it was a terrific stay. My favorite place on the whole island was Baby Beach. Definitely worth a visit.
