Beachfront! Near Pier Park & Dining! Pool!

Issues:First, we were sent information with room code and the code did not work. After calling three times, waiting 40 plus minutes for a return call (that was not returned), we were sent a new door code.We left the condo to get groceries, came back, was locked out of the room for over an hour and half before the contact number was answered. I called and my husband called 60 plus times and each time it went to voicemail. I sat in the hall for almost 2 hours before a phone call was answered. No answer via phone, text, or email. Mean while, my husband had to drive down to the office to see and no one was in the office!Once we finally got ahold of someone, I was told a maintenance ticket would be put in and there was no ETA, they would call me back when they hear back on the ticket. Ruffly, 10-15 minutes later, I recieved a new door code.There is no ice maker. The air was set to 70 and unable to make changes to thermostat. The lamp in the adjacent bedroom to the kitchen, did not work, constant flicker In both bathrooms the soap holder connected to the wall, both were hanging off the wall, very unsafe seeing as this is metal and could seriously hurt someone if it fell. Not to mention there was black mold on ceiling above the shower in the attached bathroom/bedroom. We were told we had to pay for parking for overflow, after I called to verify if there would be a pass in the room. There is no information on the agreement I signed stating we had to pay for any type of parking.

Nice place to stay! We had a few issues…one was not being notified about the water outage on Monday and washing machine did not fill up with water on a large load.

Location, location, location. Easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Condo was perfect for a week at the beach. Would stay here again.

The building was nice. Across from Sharkeys and easy beach access across the road. Condo has old carpet which was stained. Sliding door to balcony was super hard to open. Old showers and poor shower heads. The condo got the job done but could use some updating.

It was a great condo and an awesome area!! We had a wonderful time The only complaint would be there isn’t anyone at front desk to answer questions.

We had a bit of a rough start when we arrived as we didn’t have a parking pass right away, and the host suggested we call customer service for it. When we finally received it the next day, it was labeled for 2024, which seemed odd.The parking garage was also hard to maneuver, making parking a bit of a challenge.The cookware in the unit was disappointing – very worn down and felt cheap, which didn’t meet our expectations.Being on the 17th floor was definitely a mixed experience. The elevator struggled to come up that high, and it was a bit scary being so high up. It wasn’t advertised that the unit was on such a high floor, so that was a surprise.On a positive note, the layout of the space was really nice, and the rooms themselves were comfortable.

The condo was amazing, close to the beach. The heated pool, comfortable beds, and in-unit washer and dryer added to the experience.

We loved the condo! It had great views, huge bedrooms. They had two beach chairs in the unit, which was nice. Could use some updated pans in the kitchen and the carpet had some stains on it, but overall this condo was amazing!

Such a great location and everyone there was so friendly room was so clean and we just walked straight from the property to the beach and every restaurant we wanted to go to was walking distance. What a great time.

If you’re into having them top floor like me, you would love this spacious, private, and peaceful condo. The kitchen is huge so if you’re cooking for the week this is the perfect place for you is comfortable and the whole room is clean., Everything you need will be waiting on you once you check-in including parking pass , wristband, and any information you need with the condo and everything around it .
